Ultra unfreundliche Damen jedes mal wenn ich da war. Man wird kaum beachtet oder Getränke und Kuchen werden einfach hin geklatscht. Leute Tip ohne Kunden, kein Umsatz! Ich verstehe das nicht alle kund nett und lieb sind, aber das müsst ihr nicht an alle auslassen.

Starbucks should be a place where you get the same quality everywhere. To not say anything about the dirty tables and the overall lack of care around the shop. We had two Cappuccinos on the 9th of June in the afternoon and they were horrible, close to undrinkable. No foam, extremely hot and the coffee tasted like it was burned (sign of too high brewing temperature). There are some other places offering coffee in the Outlet too, better check those ones because Starbucks from Berlin Outlet is a joke.

If you are looking for a coffee, not a whipped cream & syrup desert, this is the worst place to get it. I ordered cappuccino. I received just a plain milk, so hot that it burns - probably boiled; without any traces of coffee in it. They can't even steam milk properly. I don't know if they forgot to put any coffee in my drink or their beans are just that tasteless.

It wasn't best coffe as usually in Starbucks. Rate as always to the moon but coffee Quality wasn't on the top.
