Ordered online yesterday through the app. Had a free Dave’s Single because of National Burger day. Got my bag…burger was the size of a Jr. cheeseburger. Opened it, still in the line: No cheese, no tomato, no onion, 1 sliver of lettuce. They never said they were out of any of those toppings. What if I had have pulled off? Told the “manager” I didn’t want it, free or not, and please give me a spicy chicken sandwich. See the pic attached for what I received…that piece of chicken had almost been torn in two (pieces). Wendy’s Rocky Face/Chattanooga Road is seriously hit or a complete miss!

I would have to say that my experience is the worst that I've had at any fast food restaurant why had to verbally and forcefully voice my concerns about service when I was refused service through the drive through. If she work for My company, when we get contact submissions from customers good or bad we take them wholeheartedly and we deal with the restaurants and the locations. We have footage to see who said what and why to customers when being served. The experience was definitely unpleasant.I would never come back and visit this location again. And just for the record, we all have bad days especially when we're overworked lack of staff with more customers to cover but this wasn't the case for me in my experience on Sunday. A fully staff kitchen a line close to the entrance simply means poor staffing and management and less protect the TV somewhere.

2 stars is being beyond generous right now. My husband's made two trips because the first time he was given one bag and got home with 2 potatoes. He called,they "remade everything" and two burgers were messed up and the potatoes had zero butter or sour cream,which was not only on the receipt but we paid for extra as we don't have any! So tired of lazy people working these places! We work hard for the money to be ABLE TO eat a cheap burger here and there and this is what we get.

Went in for dine in evidently there's a two female relationship going on within the staff. Some female employee got jealous and thought I was LOOKING at her girlfriend and yells out and I quote "Stop looking at her bro." Utterly ridiculous. This was with the manager and GM sitting in the lobby. Guess she thought this was cute. I told the manager on duty that I was gonna call the Wendy's customer care line and make a complaint and she says we'll this is the GM right here. We'll evidently the staff doesn't care with an outburst like that. Manager said she would talk to her but it felt like she was mad at me like it was an inconvenience or my fault. Not going back.

It really feels like the employees do not want to help you and dislike you. I went at 11pm and they didn’t say anything unil I did. I think they wanted me to assume they were closed. He didn’t hear my sauce order so he just put no sauce. The food was pretty stale. I’m assuming they are overworked.

This girl at the cash register inside should not be working in an environment where she don’t know how to treat people. Throwing stuff in the bag without any care at all and very rude. Do not recommend this Wendy’s at all.

Wendy's I love your Truck Or Treat Blast! After Halloween I don't know if I can live without it. Can you make a Christmas Candy one and sell it during November?? Please!!

I guess we got there at shift change we waited a while in the drive threw. I ordered the cheese fries and unfortunately the first fries I pulled out had hair in it. I know it wasn't mine because I have short hair and this was very long.

Updating my review because this store continues to amaze me with its mess ups. If your employees don’t know the menu or the difference between American cheese and the Swiss cheese sauce then don’t put them on the sandwich line… It’s astonishing how badly this store messes up every order ever. I do not recommend. It’s a sausage egg Swiss, Swiss. Sausage egg Swiss. The Swiss cheese sauce to be exact. It’s not rocket science. Do better. It’s clear from the reviews of this past year, y’all are NOT doing good. I guess keeping customers never was a part of that particular stores goals. This all coming from a past employee, they ignore the drive thru on purpose, and often park their cars in a way that makes their truck have to park in the drive thru so they can avoid customers coming through the drive thru. Just a fun lil fact of the Wendy’s in Rocky face on Chattanooga rd.

Special orderd my meal fresh. After a short wait, food arrived. Cold raw burger, cold fries, and microwaved ckn nuggets. Tea was good and the place was very clean. First time in awhile I’ve eaten here. Was bad then and it’s worse now.

First buying Wendy's since pandemic started 1st impression was fantastic tolded what i wanted no miscommunication pay went well drive up to window order ready #1 double medium was neatly made just the right amount sauce on it fries wasnt too salty sprite had the right carbonation triple A rating in my book I really enjoyed everything was a good crew that day

Employees were very unprofessional and uncoordinated. So much that we left without even getting our dinner! Would not recommend to any one!

Love the foster program they do. Spend a dollar and got a strawberry frosty so good.

Went through drive thru and they got our entire order wrong and the man at the window was rude and acted like we were lying. They never did straighten the order out. We had 3 babies in the vehicle that were crying so I said forget it and left. Usually eat there at least 2 times a week and lately they have been awful. Will not be back

I went through the drive thru. Waited for approximately 6 mins to get them to take my order. Got to the window and found out they had no eggs for my sausage egg and cheese. I didn’t want to wait anymore so I told them just give me order without eggs. I get home and I literally have sausage and no cheese. I had to make myself a fried egg and throw my own cheese on it. I should have just made myself my own breakfast.

This Wendy is simply the very best. Foods always as fresh as they can come, and after having sworn off of McDonalds, it is good to have eateries not only to support the business but to have a favorable go to spot to eat out is great. Mostly the staff is always ready to serve you, because of their superb services we literally go out of our ways to eat there although we live In Bradley County. Thank you guys, you really are the best!

Drive-thru hours start at 6:30 a.m. it is even listed on the doors. However around 7:20 everyday when I stop there they're never open. Today they were standing around by the dumpster smoking, and ignoring the cars coming through for breakfast. What star is being extremely generous.
