Such a nice family Place. Come here if you are hungry and want the best curry & rice (and anything else). Food is amazing and the family is more than friendly. We even got a tuktuk ride home 😀! Thank you!

Very good experience. Its a buffet of traditional Sri Lankan food. Service was quick and taste was great. A lot of other places in Sri Lanka take so much time to cook your food. I found this one the best for a quick lunch stop on the way to Sigiriya. The hosts were very friendly and the spread was great. Fruits were provided after the meal. It cost us 700 LKR per person for everything. Highly recommended.

Lovely family restaurant with a buffet, 7 different curries (chicken, eggplant, lentil, pumpkin, beans etc.) and rice, papadam and a great herb salad. The service was great, really accommodating. The prices are more than reasonable, huge value for your money. One of the best curries on the island, highly recommend it.

We visited the golden palace restaurant because of it’s good reviews and it was such a nice experience. The rice and curry dishes were so delicious! The whole atmosphere is what you expect from a home cooked dinner as you are staying in the local house and it‘s beautiful! The family is also very kind ❤️ Highly recommend when you are staying in dambulla. All the best 🙏🏼

This was a great place to have lunch! My partner and I came here right before it started pouring. The host of the restaurant was incredibly nice and friendly. My partner had a bad headache and she provided Ayurvedic oil/medicine free of charge and he felt so much better ! The food was amazing, hot and fresh, and consisting of various Sri Lankan curries. We even requested Sri Lankan chili paste because we like ours spicy ! The bathroom was clean and coffee was amazing!

Very welcoming, even offered us towels after being caught in the rain. The food was delicious, with many different vegetarian curries and sambols, which they kept bringing out until we were full! Would really recommend!

Maybe it was not their best day, but by far not the best curry we had. Many other best restaurants in Sri Lanka for even cheaper price. The fruit salad as desert was nice.

Nice clean place in dambulla to have lunch and diner. Friendly people and they surve Sri Lankan foods as well as snacks. Foods are delicious and also the price is quiet reasonable.🍽👌

stopped for dinner - had great rice&curry and also great dessert. hosts are very hospital and freely conversate in English.

Food was not as delicious as we assumed coming there after reading google reviews. Curry with meat had more bones than meat. On pictures two dishes for 4 people
