Nice peaceful place! Friendly staff, clean and wide rooms, all facilities are there even hairdryers. Kettles, tea, coffee and AC as well. Good breakfast! And to make it better piece of advice from me: Put fresh curd in clay pot, fruits and kithul for breakfast. Foreigners gonna like it, because it’s authentic srilankan, farm product, fresh. And pancakes with coconut also cool! We will come again 🤗 Thanks to that place)

Amazing stay! The family are so lovely and accommodating, Sri Lankan music is played throughout the day which is lovely. The grounds are beautiful, set on the edge of a lake. The location is about 1km off the main road into Sigiriya but they have a tuktuk so it’s no issue. The rooms are modern and spacious and the breakfast is excellent. Lovely place, lovely people!

Excellent location nearby a lake, Great service and friendly staff. Spacious and spotless rooms and washrooms. Delicious Sri Lankan food. A brand new swimming pool which is completing construction. You can't ask for more! Highly recommend for families and corporate crowds too. Can accommodate up to around 20 pax.

We were here only for one night but it was such a great experience. The place is calm and it’s always something to look at around. The personal explained to us everything about the food we were getting and the fruit from the garden was cherry on top. The rooms were clean and super cozy with a view on the garden and new swimming pool they are finishing (you can already try it - we recommend). Everyone was super nice and we are really happy that we could stay at this pleasant place ❤️

Really lovely spot, basically in the centre of a rice field. Lots of peacocks, cows, chickens and dogs. Friendly service. They leave fresh towels and water bottles every couple of days but otherwise no room service.

This is the most delightful place to stay. The group of young people running the hotel are super-friendly and speak English, French, Tamil, and the local Sinhala. The rooms are gorgeous. The food is wonderful with some ingredients coming from the hotel's garden. The perfect place to sit and have a beer in the afternoon

Great place to stay. Everything was up to standard ,we had 2 apartments ,both were great . Good family resort plenty of room in the 2 bed apartment for us to gather together ,loved the grounds and all the staff were friendly and helpful.  Close to beach, bar with restaurant and the cable beach cafe/grocery store. Would highly recommend.

The atmosphere is so greenery. I just loved it and also the rooms are amazing with good service. The foods are also delicious. One must definitely visit.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The breakfast that was included in my stay was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The dining area was also very inviting, and I enjoyed my breakfast while looking out at the stunning views. The guest house is located in a peaceful and quiet area, which made for a very relaxing stay. However, it was also conveniently located close to several attractions and activities, which made it easy for me to explore the area. Overall, I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Only 4 huge rooms in large garden near the lake. Very freindly staff. The rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are in 5 stars standards

rooms are spacious, clean and breezzzzzy, make sure you have your birthday there, light the bonfire, light the fireworks and watch the boys light up. Thanks for the great stay guys

Nice place.. Most there are only few rooms.. So it never become very noisy and rushy. Next to the hotel there's a lake.. Rich in wildlife specially like bird 🐦. Rooms are good and meals are superb.. And the people working here are friendly and offer a good service..
