Extremely pleasant experience. One of the most neat and tidy hotels I’ve been to. Owners are also easy to work with and they are so friendly. Rooms are extremely clean! We had breakfast from the hotel and it was also really yummy! 😍 Great value for money! ❤️

Clean and spacious room! The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Their breakfasts are also great 😊 The room has AC which works quite well and the water pressure of the shower is also good. They were also able to hook us up with a tuktuk driver who took us to the temple and the following day to Sigiriya and Pidurangala.

This was probably the nicest surprise I’ve had in a hotel so far! I checked the reviews before so I expected it to be nice but I was still extremely surprised what this tiny, sweet, family run hotel had to offer for this incredibly good price. The room was extremely clean, and it was very comfortable and spacious, with an own little kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The family is extremely, extremely nice, very helpful and sweet! The breakfast was delicious and very rich rich! The lady helped us a lot with our plans for the day and she had some very valuable tips for us. During your stay you feel more like family than a foreign guest! Parking is possible! Finally, it is definitely the best hotel regarding value for money I’ve seen in my life so far ! Highly recommendable!

This is the best hospitality in the history of my travels! We arrived at 5:30 in the morning, when we check-in from 13:00. the hosts met us in person, watered tea and gave us a temporary room so we could rest. at 11:00 we were fed an extra breakfast, at 11:30 we settled in our room and did not take a single extra dollar from us! The room is spacious and clean, the owners are very soulful, the place and the garden are very beautiful! If you want to stay in Dambulla, you will not find a better place ❤️

Amazing place to stay in Dambulla right near the bus stop, good host, nice room for the town it is in, kitchenette and all the basic amenities are very well provided making it an amazing stay overall.

The hotel is really good, room was clean and spaceous and it has a fridge and a kitchenette, which was a big plus. They also offered a free room for our driver, which was really nice. Breakfast was good and abundant Can't spend enough words to express how welcoming, genuine and loving the owner was, she also gave us cookies when we left cause, you know, grandmas always have to make sure to never leave you with an empty belly. Highly recommended :)

Perfectly located house, easy accessible and in a quiet are in the middle of Dambulla. Rooms are clean and comfortable, we even had a fridge and some tea. Breakfast was delicious! Personnel is super friendly and helpful - can give great recommendations and help wherever they can! Totally worth 5/5 stars!

We can really recommend this nice accommodation! Dambulla was our starting point to go to Piduragala with the car. The rooms are pretty, really clean and also well equipped (AC, electric van, enough towls, fridge, etc.). The hostfamily was really hospitable and accommodating. Also the breakfast was fair. Glad we found this place :)

Amma and her family are wonderful! So generous, welcoming and kind. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is in the center of the town, near the main road, but tucked further into a small street. This allowed for a restful night. We wish we could have stayed longer! Merci!

It was a pleasant stay at Dambulla Rock Arch Hotel. The family was so polite, friendly and helpful. They organised the Safari for us and packed lunch packages when we wanted to see the sunrise on Lions Rock. You can ask them whatever you want and they try to help you. The room was quite big. We had air condition, a fridge and I was happy to have a mosquito net.

Room is clean with air conditioner and mosquito net, bathroom clean with hot shower and clean towels, little kitchen to prepare coffee and tea, cold water bottles in fridge, magnificent balcony view, and garden to rest. Very central location in a quiet street, wonderful new rooms with an amazing shower. Rooms are huge and even equipped with fridge. Kumari and her husband are so so sweet and welcoming. Breakfast was very generous and delicious
