My wife was there for over 3 years. The food was terrible got number of different chiefs in 6 months. The administration was rude most of the time each one got fired. When my wife passed away we paid the rent till the end of the month and the administration came up to me the same day and asked"when acompassionre you getting her stuff out" No commpassion or care. As far as the care staff goes they were great. Change the attitude.

Rent goes up extremely high the lady that showed me around lied. They will tell you what you want to hear. You can even ask people Living there now. They say it’s a independent facility but it has a bunch of people there who need a lot of care. I do not recommend this place at all. One positive thing I can say is some of the staff members are nice.

I have family that resides here currently. We've had some issues that have been resolved it's not a bad place at all. The only reason that I cannot give it 5 stars is because we had the issues that we had and for privacy for my family I will not mention those here. But to their credit the issues have been resolved and my family is quite content being there.

I would like to thank Gloria Pasco the community sales manager for such a nice tour. My grandmother loved the fact the rooms have their own private patio or balcony. She loves being out doors and the fact she can access that right from her room is wonderful:) Also the executive director Marie is very nice she made it her business to introduce herself to my grandmother and myself. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. So my grandmother has been living at Holiday Valencia Commons for 2 months now and has made some new friends and loves her new home. Staff has been amazing! Thanks Holiday Valencia Commons for helping me find my grandmother a home that she loves:)

Very poor tv service here. Signal boxes cheap & don't always give a signal, so no tv for you.

This place is amazing! All of the employees are friendly and very welcoming. The residents greet you with love and compassion. The community is being remodeled and almost complete. Beautiful people, beautiful building makes for a perfect home for anyone.

Please look elsewhere!!! The Management is horrible and do not properly care for the residents. The staff has a high turnover and there is a reason why. They were rude to us when we walked in to inquire about an apartment for my parents who are looking to downsize due to not needing such a huge space. No one greeted us. After I got someone to finally help us it was as if we were a burden. We decided to leave and as we were walking out we ran into someone who lives there and is currently looking for a new place. That is where I got the information on how the management treats them poorly and does the bare minimum and treats the staff poorly. I would NEVER encourage my parents to live there based on the poor customer service we received but after hearing from a resident that lives there that was confirmation.

Valencia Commons is so Family orientated! My parents still feel independent, but they also know there’s someone there if they need someone. My dad needs some care and my mom was wearing herself out. With the contracted Choicecare my mother and I don’t have that burden anymore. My mother especially has made so many friends. She’s now able to go to church, get her haircut, run errands without have to asking anybody to help her do that. My parents are back to being social again. Getting dressed for breakfast, lunch and dinner instead of staying in their PJs all day and snacking. I can’t believe my dad is actually going to karaoke! I love that when I walked in Valencia Commons the very first time during lunch hour, there were so many happy voices, and laughing adults in the dining room. The pricing was right for us at that time. My mother actually told me that she really glad we made the move. My parents were very against moving out of their home. They actually are thriving again. It’s nice to watch. Thank you To everyone there.

I want to give a big shout out to Valencia Commons staff, and Choice caregiving services. Thank you for providing the highest level of care for our Mom while she has been with you. JJ and her team are immediately responsive to our questions, organized, professional, meds are totally managed, and they insure her cleanliness. Most important, they are very caring with our Mom. She has dementia and finally seems happy and active. We finally have peace of mind knowing she is in great hands. A big thank you to the team! We appreciate you all. Thank you!!! Carla

👍👍 If you stand in the right area, you have a beautiful view of the mountains, then turn around and see the valley below with a different view, first north, south and turn east and on a crisp, clear day the snowy mountains of the east do become visible, which makes it enjoyable for people like me to...

😠 If your loved one is in Hospice, do NOT put them in Atria! Administration refuses to comply with hospice rules. My Dad fell and instead of calling hospice, they called paramedics. That is against hospice rules. I talked to administrators and was told that it’s their policy to call 911, not hospice,...
