If you stand in the right area, you have a beautiful view of the mountains, then turn around and see the valley below with a different view, first north, south and turn east and on a crisp, clear day the snowy mountains of the east do become visible, which makes it enjoyable for people like me to not only visit but live here ....

Great Community. All the residents are Nice. Clubhouse has clean amenities, pristine pool, and fun bingo hall every Wednesday at 4pm.

It's a 55 and over mobile home park. It seems to be kept up well. Didn't go into pool area or clubhouse.

Clean, organized,nice quiet open grounds with plenty open areas, enough parking, enjoyable.

The property owners don’t address major problems after neglecting property inspections for years. Service request after service request same issue of flooding not remedied; excuse after excuse for over a year.., it’s baffling.They seem to just run out the clock on issues. They may respond to law suits. Who wants to get involved in something like that in retirement? Monthly homesite lease is paid on time each month yet no action by property managers to address uphill neighbors of ongoing same damaging situation. Also, Turtle Bay looks clogged on regular basis to point water doesn’t run down the rock waterfall and pond stinks 😷 My property is flooded and the pond looks clogged… bass ackward. The pictures speak to the ongoing issues. Stopping by the office has not gotten land owner/management into action. Many people here don’t have capacity (or mobility) to deal with such complacency, a “schedule” and “in touch” is not action. Will appreciate when management does their part. After posting this (part 2), I now have an actual four corner inspection date (after a year of asking and more than 20 email requests) despite the fact Sun has had 4 or 5 people stare at it approx 6 months ago. Hopefully some resolve will be had as I’m not interested in contacting neighbors (nor should I have to) who have not had their leased land site property inspected for whatever reason. Thank you.
