The online pictures of this place must have been taken many years ago. It has greatly declined. The cafe is boarded up. The grounds need tending. The pool was dirty and greenish and garbage strewn around the deck. The lobby is small and the lady at the front desk keeps shouting at guests that you can't sit on the couches. The bathroom had no paper towels, just a broken hand drier. I could not stay here. It's a joke.

Good location and currently under renovation. Has a fridge, microwave, sitting area to eat and cable TV. Big deposit required of 250.00 for incidentals and damages. But refunded if no issues. Bed was comfortable and for the price not bad. Quite and low key!

This is a somewhat run down and old hotel. they promise breakfast in the description but they do not offer it as the restaurant is under remodeling. the rooms are small and have no safe. You can hear everything going on outside since most of the front of the room is glass except for the door. I would not recommend this place for any type of stay.

Important details about this establishment were not publicized on the website which resulted in me having to deal with the management who i feel lacked The interpersonal communication skills required for the hospitality industry. Our interaction resulted in an immediate cancellation and refund from my agent. The lady at the front desk was kind and empathetic. I realize this is a budget booking for most, but be cautious of your business interaction and read the other reviews to help you make a better choice than I did.

We stayed here over the weekend for a conference. They were very accommodating for us, as we were in a bit of a pinch for places to stay, and check in was easy. The room itself was cleaned well, the bed was comfortable, and the washroom had no issues. No down comforters, but I believe they were available on request. We didn’t use the pool, but it was definitely well taken care of. The staff were patient, polite, and fast, and check out was a breeze. Internet was slow but usable. Although this wasn’t my first choice, I have no complaints.

Booked 2 nights, and on the first night I discovered several cockroaches in the room. I immediately called the front office and they had no other rooms to put me in. They said they would send someone to “take care of that for you” but never sent anyone. According to the receptionist when I checked out, I had spoken to a manager. There was no manager present at check out to discuss with, and the front desk staff was clearly aware of this issue when the girl at the counter mentioned that “the manager hadn’t even printed any more roach forms.” I was able to place a complaint on my reservation form with promise of a refund, but I have not heard back from the hotel. I clearly stated on the complaint that the smell and presence of the roaches exacerbated my asthma and made my experience generally uncomfortable. Photos of roaches attached.

Poor customer service. The staff are not friendly. They treat you as though their doing you a favor. No smiling faces. This hotel does not honor their policy if you need to come a day later. If you call to inform them of an emergency, you're still considered a no-show, and they refuse to refund you or extend your day with a credit. The manager seems to take advantage of you being tired and tries to make you pay more money. Absolutely no empathy for those who's traveling and tired. Housekeeping is wonderful, very friendly, and accommodating. Would I recommend this place? Only of they changed their manager and front desk staff with the exception of one who has top-notch customer service. This was an extremely bad experience for me. I won't even mention the interior.

I want to start off saying the General Manager was really nice and direct. He made sure that the clerk on duty walked me to my room as it was after midnight. The area was under construction, but my overall experience was not that great. I missed my flight due to customs so I had to find a place to stay. I called and spoke to a young lady and she quoted me the price. I arrive there and it was only one person up front working so it was a little slow. When I got to the window he told me trying to be helpful that if I booked online I'd get a cheaper rate, but not telling me that if I book for Sunday it would not allow me to check in until 3pm on Sunday due to their system. I assumed which was my fault that the cheaper rate be the price quoted. I booked the room and waited over an hour for it to show and it didn't so the clerk for my information and it showed for Sunday. I asked the clerk could he cancel it and just give me the regular rate.He said he couldn't cancel it,but I could online which was a lie. All it allowed me to do was change my credit card. The General Manager stepped in and allowed me to pay with cash as my card wasn't working. I get to my room finally after being there over an hour up front and my key doesn't work.Oh the GM also told the clerk to walk me to my room which I thought was very sweet. The clerk got my key fixed only to open up to a dirty room. The beds were unmade the tables weren't wiped the floors were not swept. The clerk said he would tell the GM and that was it, he left. I called the front desk and spoke to the GM and he got me a new room which was clean and very comfy. Considering everything I went through I was hoping for a late check out time like around 1 or 2 pm but the GM did give me an Hour later, which was 12 pm. They did have an airport shuttle which was a bonus. The GM saved the day and the clerk that was working was not that great. Unfortunately for Red Carpet I didn't take any pictures of my clean and perfect room because I was exhausted and over it.

This place is the true definition of you get what you paid for. We had an late night layover with a flight early the next morning. The shuttle pick ups to and from the airport were on time and quick (last pickup from airport is 10:45pm). The rooms were VERY very clean with fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer included in the bathroom, and a surprisingly comfortable bed/pillows. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. You get the bare minimum so be sure to bring your own water bottles, toothpaste, brush. But it was convenient, cheap, and perfect for a night. I was hesitant to book this place based on the reviews but would most definitely stay here again for layovers!

As an international student, I decided to stay the night here and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by the service, the staff and the hotel in general. I have never met such rude staff who couldn't care less about their clients as well as making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable to the point where I had to complain. When complaining they took it upon themselves to cancel my booking without telling me and left me with nowhere to go, or stay as well as being screamed at by the management Isabelle/Isabella in the most unnecessary way possible. I am 22 years old and they used that to their advantage of thinking they could treat me extremely badly. The service was shocking, the front desk employees were useless, unhelpful and just downright rude. As a South African, this behaviour was SHOCKING and I truly would never suggest this hotel to anyone. I left and came down the road to The Days Inn by Wyndham and had a completely different experience, the friendliest staff, welcoming, comforting and making all the difference. For the same price I would 100% stay instead at The Days Inn and at least feel comfortable with the people around you. I hope this helps all the internationals and students!!

Rooms are dated but clean and very functional. It is far from a resort, but very well worth the asking price. The staff is actively cleaning all of the traffic areas and rooms, and their efforts show. Very pleased with our stay, grabbed the room for a night between returning from a cruise and flying home. Shuttle service was efficient (just call for pickup from airport/port) a shuttle bus leaves at the top of the hour starting at 5am. Driver was friendly and helpful, and the front desk was efficient. We were provided with everything we needed (with some delivery help from grubhub for food) to make the last night of our vacation a smooth, hassle free experience.

They did not provide me with proper directions on where to wait for the shuttle services causing me to wait over an hour for a short ride pick up and stressing my vacation stay. The room was clean, but the surrounding area was a disaster as they were remodeling at the time. (you can still tidy up a bit even if you are remodeling) No one there seemed to want to help me find my room or make me feel welcome. I was just renting a room for a few hours of sleep, so why go the extra step? Right? (like help me with my luggage and escort me to my room, a single female staying overnight alone.) At night it was scary and I didn't sleep well because of it. However, next door, The Roadway Inn is much better, cleaner, and they serve food. Nicer and friendlier staff. I went there for breakfast and dinner and they treated me very well in spite of me not being a customer of theirs. The bartender even gave me a free Margarita when she saw how stressed I was! Go there instead!! ROADWAY INN GETS MY FIVE STARS because they treated me well and I was not their client. Like, wow. Who does that? Red Carpet Inn, where I did stay, I will generously give two dim stars, and I am being very generous.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. I stayed here a couple times because of unfortunate circumstances, and both times the staff was super rude. Ladies at the front desk would be short, raise their voices and talk down to you. The property, and rooms were dirty. There was a dead rat decaying on the front walkway to the lobby, and there were brown spots on my sheets. Also dead roaches all over the hallways. The first time I stayed I didn’t get either deposits back. I called the front desk multiple times after the 14 business day waiting period, and the lady kept yelling and hanging up on me. She wouldn’t let me speak to the manager. This last time while I was checking out the manager told me I was not allowed to stay here anymore because I disputed the deposit charges. I tried to explain that I didn’t get my money, and tried to talk to someone multiple times. He didn’t care and told me I’m not allowed their anymore. I’ve heard him tell multiple people they’re not allowed their for the pettiest reasons. I’ve seen multiple people ask the front desk for help and they treat everyone horribly. The parking lot smells like urine, and doesn’t feel safe. DO NOT STAY HERE

This isn't the most beautiful or modern hotel but I've definitely stayed at much worse hotels around the area for about the same price. The hotel is kind of old and there's construction barriers up but not bad for the most part. The room was clean and bed was comfy but it was a little humid inside. The restaurant is closed due to covid, so no food at all! The young ladies at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. Not terrible for the price

Upon my arrival and checking into my room, I noticed a wet towel hanging in the bathroom, giving the impression someone had just used the shower. However, my purpose for writing this review is not due to the towel, but rather an experience with the front desk staff. I needed quarters for laundry and handed over a $10 bill, asking for $4 in quarters in return. Assuming the count was accurate, I didn't verify the amount at that moment. It was only when I was about to use the washer, having inserted $2, that I realized I was left with just $1 in quarters. Recounting my dollar bills, I noticed I was indeed short by one dollar. Returning to the front desk to explain the situation, the reaction I received was defensive, with accusations of me implying theft. Despite expressing my willingness to overlook the missing dollar (and spend an extra one since I need to dry my clothes) the situation escalated unnecessarily. Her friend reluctantly provided me with the missing quarters, each dropped on the table with a noticeable attitude. Confused by their hostility, I was left wondering why I was treated poorly even when I was willing to spend an extra dollar for her mistake. Positives: Parking is free. Rooms are decently clean and have a modern look

Checkin was horrible. I couldn't find my room. The room numbers are not alphabetically ordered so I walked around for 30 minutes until a worker directed me. Walking up and down stairs with luggage in the heat is very frustrating. The room was FILTHY recommend and DISGUSTING! The sheets were dirty and I normally travel with a blanket so I slept with my own. It was leakage fluid coming from underneath the bed which I have no clue what it was. I killed TWO ROACHES next to the fridge which I never used. I cant believe I spent my money here. I DO NOT recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for about 2 weeks. I was skeptical but when we got there, we were met by very nice stuff, later on we met one of the managers at front desk he helped us with extending our stay. Enough space in room, no noise even though they have construction I never heard anything. Room was clean, maybe need a bit more cleaning in the bathroom but in general it was nice. I didn’t know what to expect by checking the reviews, but it’s a good place to stay. I would stay here again.

Friend, this is the place my co-workers and I usually stay when I am in the area for work. I am guaranteed to have a clean room (usually smells like fabuloso with a bit of bleach... My favorite clean smells) at an affordable price. The staff is always nice. There is a shuttle available to take you to the airport. If you are looking for an affordable & clean hotel near the airport... Red Carpet is where you should go!

We booked for one night before our cruise. The price was reasonable compared to all the nearby hotels to the cruise port. Check in was quite busy but they did their best. Despite reviews to the contrary, we found our room clean and comfortable with a microwave oven. The free shuttle to the cruise port was a nice perk, and the next day they got all their guests into a big van and shuttled us all to the cruise port. I would stay here again if I take another cruise out of Fort Lauderdale!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! They are terrible.. The rooms are disgusting, they don't change the sheet and barely clean the room, the service is horrible... And they literally couldn't give a hoot about that fact.. Apparently people will still rent rooms because of the touristy location so they almost pride themselves on being incompetent, grossly disgusting and negligent, and have a "what arr you going to do about it" attitude. Well... I'll tell you what I'm going to do.. Post this review.. And then head over to the Better Business Borough to file a complaint there.

Wow. I completely understand “you get what you pay for” but this hotel is incredibly nasty. We got two rooms and the AC both rooms didn’t work. The tile floors feel (and look) like they haven’t been mopped in years. The bottom of our socks were jet black from walking around in the room. One positive is is our kids had a blast sliding around the floor because it was so grimy and greasy. There was mold and overall grime on most surfaces. The permeating smell of marijuana was a nice touch to get us high without having to spend the money. Spend an extra 30 or 40 bucks per night at another hotel and avoid this place at all costs. I wish there was an option for zero stars!

Ms. Isabella, Ms. Ingrid and, Ms. Jackie. Thank you Ladies, You are Appreciated. Awesome Guest Care ! Acknowledging Everyone Consistently Fair And Equal. Helpfully Informative about the surrounding areas. It's Not easy for these Ladies when a certain class of people come in there with a sense of entitlement like someone owes them everything. Making a simple process into a difficult one. And These Ladies STILL Deliver at A High Level of Respect and Professional Courtesy. While, training a new employee. The Whole Experience was quite Pleasant from the beginning. Check-in was Smooth and Efficient. Then needed a room change because My Brother is an Amputee with one Leg. No Drama there. Rooms are Clean and have been Upgraded with new style curtains and other small details, pictures and, new microwave. You can tell the Staff from the Front Counter to the back Housekeeping cares for Their Families because they work Really Hard there and Display the same Care for One Another and their Jobs at this Property. Good to See there Efforts. Will Definitely be back.

Never ever again will I go to or recommend this hotel. The office staff is the most arrogant, self centered, and ignores anything of any emergency. I have stayed at thousands of hotels all over the world and never had such an experience as these people put me through. I had two days and my cousin, properly registered, was in the room and due to an emergency I had to book two more days and leave for a day. I went to the office and asked them if my cousin could ck out and then ck back in. No problem Then I start a 250 mile trip and at 50 miles find out no they won't let him. I turn around and drive back and not one thing will the staff do to help. Really shows they dont care, standing around ignoring me and not letting me talk to the manager. I will blast this hotel all over social media for their mon caring manner. Three previous stays also had problems..never again

Stayed here a night before a cruise. Rooms are very nice for the cost. Looks like they were recently renovated. They’re clean, bathroom is clean, shower is clean and water pressure is great. Curtains were nice and sleeping was easy as it was quiet. The con is the location. While on a map it appears there’s a bunch of stores within a mile or so, due to the highways the walk is more than 4 miles. Since we didn’t have a car, there was no place to eat. Not even a gas station to get drinks. They have a food truck that comes for dinner and breakfast, and we ate there for both. Given the literally captive audience, the prices were fine and food was decent. But we’d much rather have had some choices of places to eat, as well as drinks. Overall, I’d stay here again because the rooms are great for the price, but I’d get food and drinks before arriving (if I did t have a car).

My recent stay at Red Carpet was a mix of highs and lows. 🛏️ Rooms: The bedding was noticeably worn and appeared dirty, indicating it's overdue for an update. This aspect of the stay left much to be desired in terms of comfort and cleanliness. 💼 Front Desk: While most staff were helpful, one of the staff members could have benefited from some encouragement from management to enhance service. 🚐 Shuttle Service: On a brighter note, the seaport shuttle service was exceptional! The driver and organizer were friendly, accommodating, and made the journey a pleasant experience. Overall, Red Carpet has potential, but improvements are needed in room quality and staff training.

The rooms weren't bad at all it just how in the world you are going to charge a 217 dollar deposit for a Florida resident and 43 dollars for an out-of-state resident it should be vice-versa. I also forgot you have to wait 5 to 15 business days for the returned deposit. There's a lot of sketchy people in and out of the hotel, too.

I really enjoyed our overnight stay here. the rooms were super clean. The pool was also. No place to walk to unless you are ready for 20 mins stroll up Highway 84 to the closest gas station. The free shuttle to and from the airport is nice. Staff was friendly and let us check in at 9am when out flight arrived. So kind of them. I really love this place and it will be my go to when cruising from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

The single queen-bed room was better than I expected for the price. It was clean, there was a microwave, mini fridge, TV, AC worked. The front desk ladies were helpful too. The airport to hotel shuttle service was quick. Although I ended up staying in my room for about 3-4 hours, I had no complaints. They paid back my security deposit in 1 week.

All of the other reviews are 100% correct you definitely get what you pay for. Front desk takes forever to check in and pretty rude. Then to top it off after seeing at least 7 roaches in 30 minutes. The refused to issue a refund because we “move rooms” when the whole hotel was clearly infected. This place needs shut down ASAP! Never again. Absolutely Disgusting.

It is a cheap place with a bed. The floors extremely dirty…don’t walk in bare feet. Overall cleanliness poor. No restaurant on site. Water not drinkable. Have to go to that lobby to get water. No container for water. We had to take the ice bucket. Bed looked clean and reasonably comfortable. Bus stop right out front which was handy. However, if you get off the bus across the road on the return trip, extremely dangerous to cross the road to the hotel. Overall poor location. They do have shuttle service from airport. You have to call when you are ready for pickup. Shuttle service to cruise ship with sign up at desk. Has outdoor pool. Elevator….hmmm.

ZERO STARS! The room smelled so extremely bad of smoke. I asked to change the room and they said all rooms are full. I then saw multiple empty rooms and requested again to switch rooms as I couldn’t be in the room and was sitting outside all day. I was unsure of how I would sleep there at night. I was nauseous and dizzy from the smell. They refused to change the room even though there were multiple available ones. There weren’t even windows to open to air out the room. Terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend. Spend $50 more and sleep somewhere you will feel comfortable and have good hospitality.

Old hotel that shows her age, but the hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. Room was clean and bed was semi comfortable. Downside NO in room coffee, and they don't serve coffee up in the office until 7am. Hotel next door has a great restaurant for lunch and supper and to Red Carpets credit they do offer free shuttles to the cruise port.

We stayed there over 5 nights now never receive a discount roaches in the refrigerator mold on a ceiling Flores, the filthy, just as the old man said anyone want to charge 62 the next day they charge 72 the next day they charge 80 two, what's the weekend comes it's. A $108 so I don't recognize it at all, especially for tourists. Because they get a totally rip you off.

I visited last summer. Horrible place to stay. Dirty, Roaches, and rude staff that would rather ignore you and sleep in the backroom than to assist in ANY of the MANY issues relating to the room. Most time I would say you get what you paid for, but this garbage place isn't worth $20/night. My first night I had to literally find a different hotel, and was only able to receive a refund/cancel my remaining nights through the website that the booking was made. Front lobby staff member was rude and later was asleep all evening and night in the back, seen through a window they didn't realize was there (last year). If you like headaches, large safety deposits, roach infested rooms, and worrying about not getting your money back... you'll love this place. Please save yourself buy booking at the Rodeway hotel beside this place, 1000% better.

These people are liars they claim to have airport pick up and then don't answer their phone the whole day of our arrival. I saw one of their vans and tried to flag him down he just swerved at me and kept going. I swear he was trying to run me over. After paying $ 45 for a cab because they are such liars at this establishment, I saw the driver at the motel and when he saw me he laughed about the situation. The room was clean but it was supposed to be. This motel no customer service or accountability what so ever. I will never stay here again. The staff is horrible.

I can't offer any insights as to the hotel because I didn't get the opportunity to stay there. I had an emergency where I needed to book a room for someone, which was easy to do with them. However it turned out not to be necessary after all. When I called the front desk they were so professional and kind to allow me to cancel without charging me. Actually they refunded the charge as it had already been charged. So courteous and kind. I would certainly give them an opportunity to provide me an evening's rest.

Good afternoon ill say that compared to other places the staff is very nice. There is a girl forgot her name. But she call us the Christmas people. Love her and another one that is skinny and tall . There so sweet and they always make me happy. Compare to rich hotels that there rood . In this generation they don't want to work . And there rude. This hotel is great. For the price .

Check in process was the slowest I've ever experienced but not due to staff as they seemed to be working hard. It just seemed like a bad system. No hot water which I found out when attempting to shower. So if you like to bath or shower, this may not be the hotel for you. I attempted to turn on the heat to make the shower more tolerable but it took too long to warm up and I had a flight to catch. So I guess I'll just wear more deodorant. Sorry flight neighbor. Other than those things, it wasn't bad. Clean room with only a handful of roaches spotted. AC worked great. Too good considering how cold the "hot" water was.

My stay here was quite pleasant and comfortable. I made a reservation here in haste using Hotwire (didn’t check reviews first). Was least expensive in area so was not expecting much. Once I read through the reviews, I was horrified and packed my own set of sheets, expecting the worst. I stay in hotels +100 nights/year. I’m good with 2 stars as long as the accommodation is clean and comfortable. Upon arrival at my room, was was pleasantly surprised that is was quite normal, clean, and well appointed with luggage rack, iron, fridge, microwave, nice big new TV, and hair dryer. Everything was in good to new condition. I’m writing this review as my stay was far more comfortable than I’d come to expect from reading recent reviews. Managment is updating property and it looks like newly built front desk & restaurant building is about to open. I knocked down to 4 stars as when I arrived I was assigned smoking room; it took me 40 minutes standing at front desk to get nonsmoking room. My room didn’t smell the best (former smoking room) but after leaving the door open and running fan for awhile, there was no issue.

It started out a bit rocky at check in . The young lady at the front desk with the foreign dialect tried to treat me like a 2nd class citizen in my country. The owner/manager apologized. Rooms were okay. They wanted to charge me for an Amazon package delivered at the front desk. On my next visit I will choose a more upscale hotel.

Best price in the airport area. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. You get good value for the price. It would be nice if their shuttle ran a bit later at night. Overall good experience.

  • 1/5 V S. 11 months ago on Google
You get what you pay for and the location is the only thing this place has going for it. We just needed a few hours of sleep on an extended lay over so I’m not sure why none of the other reviews mentioned the roaches because had I seen that good deal or not it would’ve been a hard pass! The hotel is old and dated the tile floors feel like they haven’t been cleaned right in months. The TV remote was missing pieces, the lamps were dirty and rusty and the bed felt like you’re laying on a box spring. The check in staff was nice but it the nicest thing they could do is offer you complimentary can of Raid to make it through the night unless you like sleeping with the lights on to help keep the roaches at bay. Not sure if it’s because the location is an extended stay but there was noise the whole time from people talking and running the hallway until we left 4am.

I stayed twice in June for flights in and out of FLL, so I especially needed the shuttle, which leaves promptly on the hour. I called from the airport and was picked up promptly. The shuttle vehicle was prominently labeled with the hotel name. My room was huge and very clean. The pool looked nice but I didn't go in. The whole place seemed to be undergoing a renovation and the lobby was in a temporary location. Coffee was available in the lobby if you knew to ask for it. No coffee in the room. Room TV didn't work. One elevator didn't work. It was clean, cheap, comfortable and had a shuttle -- all I needed. It seemed geared to air and cruise travelers and offered parking. It's not in a great location for walking or sightseeing -- not a destination hotel. It will be much nicer when renovated. I'll be going back in 8 months and will update this review.

Not a bad place to stay for a few days. The staff was helpful, the parking was good, and the pool was actually great. The rooms were a bit musty and I did kill one roach but didn't see signs of any others. Towels, sheets, etc we're very clean and had an easy check in/check out. Not much nearby except a restaurant next door and a gas station down the street.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was alright, but the walk from the front desk to the room was a maze, the front desk agent provided a map but the layout was so poorly designed. The pool isn’t open 24/7 and the hallways were filthy. In the room, the bathroom was so small. We were in a double bed room and the TV was all the way over on one side of the room instead of in between the two beds. I’m not sure I would stay here again. They do have buses running ONLY at the top of the hour to and from the Ft Lauderdale Airport which is why it gets 3-stars instead of 2.

The room was alright at first glance however we had to go down to the front desk to ask for our room to be cleaned. The lobby staff can be nice, whenever you get to speak to them since they are always always flooded with patrons while only having one or two employees available to help. If you are local, you can't make a walk in appointment. Yes the price is great but if you can avoid I recommend thoroughly looking through your options

Parking is not that great. Room is okay but could be better kept. First time felt weird and didn't want to stay there again. The atmosphere felt lower in class and strange. The second time around didn't feel as bad and parking was better. Could have been the time of the year. Needs improvement but not bad for a short stay.

We are beyond impressed with this hotel! This was a last-minute booking before a football game and it happened to be one of the cheapest places we could find. The hotel was undergoing some renovations but that never interfered with us at all. Our room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and up to date, the air conditioner actually worked, and the staff were always friendly. We decided to get in the pool after dinner and some staff members reminded us what time the pool closed so we knew. Additionally, we never get in the hotel pool because they are most always dirty, but this one was very clean. It was not over-chemical, but clean. The location is close to the highway and overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Staff are great here! There's staff checking the property all the time. Rooms clean and comfy bed. Would give it a 5 but only had Shower. Prefer a tub. No coffee pot in the room. Easy access to the interstate

***BUYER BEWARE*** As a google guide reviewer I will be completely honest. If your looking for something cheap(don’t expect much) then this is the place for you. In my honest opinion Rode Way Inn which is located right next door is so much better and it’s at the same price and they offer free breakfast along with a bar. The front desk can either be your best friend or your worst nightmare. Upon checking in my room was filthy. Blood, dirt, dust, grim and whatever else you can think of is plastered all on the walls and doors of the room. The bathroom had mold in almost every corner.I paid for a microwave and didn’t get one. The toilet didn’t work and instead of the front office switching my room I was told”once you check in you can’t switch rooms”. Never spending another dime at this run down over priced establishment and I will also file a complaint with the FTC AND BBB. BUYER BEWARE

Rooms are clean and decent on the inside. Unlike many places at a similar level, the soaps and accessories were a better quality than anticipated. There was an ample supply of towels. The area seemed quite industrial and there was some sort of trucking business behind the lot. There was some construction going on site during my visit. Elevators were not the cleanest but worked. Staff were mostly efficient, if not entirely oozing charm. Expect to wait for a return of the hold placed on your card to take 3 business weeks, though they state they release it immediately and delays are "due to the bank".
