This place is absolutely amazing! Authentic Italian restaurant. I feel like I’m in my husband’s Italian grandmother’s house.. Food was exquisite and service was like eating in the finest restaurant. Our server was so pleasant and made us feel like royalty. To top it off, the house made Tiramisu was the best I’ve ever tried. Seriously I don’t really write reviews but this amazing place just had to get all the stars possible

Can not recommend this place enough!!!!! I’ve lived in Italy and this is the best Italian food I have found in America. Quaint, make reservations! But incredibly knowledgeable and personable service:) can’t wait to go back to try more!

I can’t say enough incredible things about this establishment. The atmosphere is sublime, small, intimate, low lights. Simple, but made me feel relaxed and at home. The food was simultaneously exceptionally delicious and incredibly simple. I enjoy all sorts of cuisines and can appreciate a complex dish. Tuscany instead has a focus on sourcing all their ingredients in house with an emphasis on QUALITY and then preparing them with a special and caring touch. A dish with perhaps only 3-4 ingredients will still shock and amaze you with the complex flavors. I saved the best for last however, because the service is the most important element that makes Tuscany so special. I made a new friend this evening, Mr. Marty. What a class act. He caries himself with the utmost decorum, fabulous attention to detail and an obsession with providing a superior dining experience. His attention to detail is staggering. What’s more, he achieves this while also being remarkably warm and hospitable with an amazing sense of humor to boot. I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time, the man is a comedian. One of the best dining experiences of my life. If you are looking for a world class meal in a modest, down to earth setting, look no further. A life experience I am not soon to forget, hats off to the Tuscany Caffè!!!

First-timer... Great dinners. Started with the appetizer of pear purses in a delightfully spicy tomato sauce. I had seafood linguine. My fiance had the special rigatoni with sausage and mushrooms. We finished dinner with a Tartufo. Everything was delicious. Looking forward to the next time and trying new options. Service was terrific.

Great food, great service, great hole-in-the-wall vibe. My wife and I both really enjoyed our dishes. We felt it was the best Italian food we've had since our time in Rome (to be fair, we live in Denver where the Italian options are very poor). The service was exceptional. Our server took plenty of time to explain the menu and to make us feel welcome. The food portions were ample (and I'm a big eater) and the prices were fair. We'd likely frequent this restaurant if we were locals.

Hidden gem! Love the food, amazing and very personalized sevice! They only have about 6 or 7 tables, a very authentic and cozy place. Almost as a private Italian dinner. We got an arugula salad good for two, a special of the night pasta with porciny mushrooms and sausage my favorite! a classic chicken parmigiana and a canoli, yummy! portions are big, I took home almost half of mine...Be back soon!

This was one of my favorite meals of our week long trip. Service was phenomenal, and the food was even better. Real Italian food, comparable to The Hill in STL. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re looking for amazing Italian food. With so many choices of restaurants in the area, it was hard to choose where to eat on this trip. SO glad we stopped! You will not leave disappointed, promise! 5 STARS!!

Marty the server is absolutely amazing; he is so great, from the knowledge to the service to the conversation - he is absolutely amazing ! . And the food is freaking BOMB, I mean berthing about this place just works; the decor , the low-key atmosphere about it, the simplicity, and the overall vibe is just great. The restaurants appearance is deceiving at first. Once you've entered you are greeted by Marty, who i a wonderful person and outstanding host. Marty is incredibly patient and goes over ever detail with of the menu. everything from the appetizers to the desert was awesome! i would highly recommend eating here and we will be back.

Honestly the best Italian food I’ve ever had and you would never suspect it based on the location. It’s basically a very small hole in the wall restaurant on a side street with no signs. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by some very nice staff who you can tell genuinely care for the customers, very respectful and kind. The best linguine and meatballs I’ve ever eaten and the bread was amazing as well. Highly recommend coming here whenever you can.

Amazing food and service. You won't find food like this anywhere else. I felt like I was in Italy with these amazing dishes. Marty is a gentleman and so knowledgeable and great person to just sit and speak with. Will recommend and go back as often as I could. I can't get over on how good this place was. Had dinner with a two colleagues' while in the area on business. Was skeptical of going in as there was no one in the place but decided to go in anyway and give it a try. The waiter was very attentive and it took no time to get our appetizer, drinks and entrees. The food portions were large but unfortunately the flavor did not meet up with the prices. Spent 166 dollars for three people which isn't terrible but smaller portions with better flavor would have made this place 5 stars.

Stumbled on this place while looking in antique stores. Checked the reviews and that 4.8 was really low! Amazing service and food was even better! Fresh pasta says enough about a Italian restaurant. Waiter was beyond helpful on explaining any questions about the menu. You want authentic food this is the place you have to try!

Amazing service in an intimate setting. Great menu selection. The food was delicious even the mandarins between dinner and dessert were excellent. I definitely look forward to returning and highly recommend this establishment. Reservation is best before you go.

Our service was 5 star! Food was 4 star! From the looks of outside you wouldn’t want to enter. Once inside there is pride in service. Arugula salad was great with fresh Italian parm cheese. Lamb needed a lil more salt. Red sauce on chicken parm was ok but not the best. Canoli was great for dessert. Portions were large pasta was amazing. We enjoyed talking with our server who give us the full history of the restaurant. We will visit again to see him and try something new from the menu.

Definitely a hidden gem! I will recommend to everyone traveling here. The attention to detail, the customer service and passion for food puts this on the map. Their dessert is just as amazing as their main dish (which they use freshly made pasta by the way). I would fly back just to eat here again!! Remember to make a reservation though. Absolutely amazing food and evening. Marty, one of the owners had the best energy imaginable. His passion for the food and desire to make our experience perfect made for an unforgettable evening. We ordered the special which had sausage, mushroom, and a cream sauce with a sprig of rosemary on top. The pairing was amazing. We don't really like lamb, but when Marty described a lamb dish, we were intrigued, and it did not disappoint. People often say this was the best [insert hype here] I've ever had and it has seemed like hype. But honestly, we've never been impressed with lamb 'till tonight. Please come to this restaurant and whatever your server describes that peaks your interest, order it!

This is a hidden gem that no one in south florida can compete with , the waiter Marty puts on the most spectacular service that one could only dream about , the food is so authentic one bite and tears come to your eyes , anything you get here will be guaranteed delicious 😊 if you get lucky enough to book a table , you will not be disappointed this is hands down my favorite restaurant thank you to everyone who makes this happen for us 🙏

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and just yesterday I had another wonderful meal in this establishment. The farfale with smoked salmon is amazing and the tiramisu is heavenly. They have somehow become better with time, specially during a pandemic. Plates are made to order with fresh ingredients. And the service provided by Marty is always personal and unique. The ambiance is old school and charming, something you can’t find these days.

Absolutely delicious and unique Italian restaurant. The food is delicious, and the service is incredible. The dishes are explained extremely well and you can almost taste the dish through the description. The server was outstanding and felt like a knowledgeable tour guide who could tell you everything you wanted to know and much more. This is a gem.
