    Worst place in the world never eat it gain food came cold and Burnt my dog didn’t want to eat it she smelled it and walked away do yourself a dmfavor don’t eat here waste of $64

    The only thing good about this place is the manager. The waitress messed up everybody order and she actually had the nerves to bring me food she clearly saw was burnt as you can see in the pictures. Also it took at least 45 minutes to get our food after ordering.

    What an horrible experience! I don't blame the employees, even when they will probably pay the consequences. The problem here is management. Management is responsible for the training of the employees and maintenance of the facilities. Let's go over the sequence of events: -arrived to a restaurant with 2 customers. After waiting several minutes, the server stops a phone conversation, gives us the menus, tells us to sit anywhere, and returns to phone conversation. -had to go for silverware since we didn't have anything to stir the coffee. -asked fro scrambled eggs and received fried eggs (rectified within 5 minutes) -there were to go syrup containers (one full) on the floor from the moment we arrived to our departure and no one picked it up even when it was the servers station and had to walk by it several times. -the bathroom was filthy and the sink faucets had water coming out everywhere, but from where it was supposed to. -they used bundles of napkins (waste) to keep the tables even. Needless to say, I don't recommend it and perhaps for those reasons were empty.

    Place was 1/3 full and had two servers. One server told my party of 3 that we should sit (in the waiting area) because they were understaffed and the wait would be a while and the service slow. It was a redhead waitress that loudly said "OH MY GOD," when we entered because she was clearly overwhelmed. She had trouble sending orders and had the manager helping her with a wrong order. I've worked in hospitality for years. The proper thing to do was for the manager to sit us and help take our order. If you're not scheduling a strong server for breakfast at a breakfast dinner, you need to pitch in. This was at 12:30pm on a Thursday. Kitchen was moving fine and plates were sitting on the counter for a while. We went to Grampa's Cafe instead.

    This woman is rude, rude, she shouldn't even work with the public, people like this are useless, managers should select people who provide a better service because with people like this I don't feel like coming back here. It's 7:06 at night on Saturday, February 4, 2023, what a bad service! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    OMG. Ten minutes, no hostess. Seated, no waitress, ten minutes. No water. Another customer sent his pancakes back twice, raw on the middle. Two servers arguing three feet away from us, almost came to blows. Finally order, server never brought half the order. Check was wrong. Whole time many people waiting at front, no hostess to seat them. Looked like plenty of staff so not sure what the major malfunction was. Avoid. You have been warned.

    Let’s start by saying, this place smells. I’m not sure if it is the carpet or what but it just stinks. We were seated by one of two ladies working. The cook was very visibly working with no mask or hairnet. After being seated, we were asked about drinks. We got our drinks within two minutes then the lady disappeared. There was another lady working who kept saying “whatever” to a few different guests. I am Not sure if they are regulars but for us who were visiting is was very displeasing. After waiting about 20 minutes without acknowledgement, we asked the “whatever” lady to get our lady. We ordered and the doing was out in less than 10 minutes but very unappetizing. These two generous stars I’m giving is for our waitress who seemed to have a lot going on.

    Service was excellent and I would give my server 5 stars. She was somewhat alone and did the best she could. Food was fine. The three star rating is because they didn't have two different items. Lack of inventory and manning is a management issue. Overall experience was fine.

    My family and I walked in to try and have dinner. When we first walked in the first thing we were told was there was a shift change and so it would be a while before anyone would come to us. We said sure no problem we weren't in a rush. They brought water, unfortunately one of the cups was dirty. Then some more minutes pass by and were told the cook is running late but doesn't know how long. We decided to give it a little bit of time. We ended leaving cause we found another place that was not too far away. We didn't taste the food so I don't know what that's like. As far as service, meh.

    In Dania for an overnight trip. Stopped in for breakfast. The wait is good. This place is VERY old and nasty looking. It could be the very first IHOP. The young lady serving us was rushed and kinda impatient. The sense we had was that she was the only person working in her zone. We ordered an impossible burger, and we got a regular burger. My husband had already bite in to it. So we just told them about the incident. She apologized and said she thought it was a fancy way to say Burger. My husband got sick since he hasn't eaten meat in over 5 years.

    Waited forever to get seated got seated next to the drain and they cleaned it and it smelled horrible refused to move us and ran out of my order just got a random order from them and now waiting longer for food

    I ordered a breakfast for my house, I have been to the place and their dishes are organized and with a moderate portion of food. But today I got this, like three tablespoons of food, the avocados almost damaged and disorganized. My bowl did not arrive covered as it should be. I don't know if it's the restaurant's or the delivery man's mistake.

    Under staff and the waitress was working from 8 am I got there at 11 :47 and it's just her and the cook just imagine she is the hostess the busboy the cashier and the server. I really felt that she needs to be honererd and deserve a raise. And still between the two of them they did their job . And the food was actually decent. But seriously they need more people on staff. They working their people to much for a little bit of money. So I left her a really good tip because she deserves it

    The worst ihop experience ever. The waitress with a heart tattoo on her face was rude argumentative and looking for a fight. The manager claimed she doesn’t make the prices? 9.95 for apple juice is robbery. This is for tourist that won’t ever come back. Locals stay away. Absolute worst nightmare of a pancake place. Over priced and under performed. Terrible place.

    My server Lewis was the only person working in the whole place he was rather quite busy but did an awesome job didn't skip a beat even when other customers were being very rude. If you go in here at night try to get Lewis knows his job and tries to give great service.

    Food was good! Took a little longer than expected but I had a three hour flight delay so plenty of time to kill anyway. Friendly staff and food was packaged well. I did see the chef munching away on something in the very visible kitchen while he was cooking which I know is not allowed but other than that it was a good experience.

    Our server Grace was tentative and courteous. She welcomed us as we came in and seated us quickly and close as I am currently on crutches, so I did not have to walk far or in difficult areas. Her attention to detail was much appreciated and her thoughtfulness was amazing. Made for a very enjoyable lunch.

    My boys and I been coming to this Ihops for about 10 yrs now. We love this Ihops. It's never too crowded. The cooks are great. We love the service there from all the employees. Haven't had a bad experience. If you are craving some inexpensive quick original breakfast this would be the spot. Thank you for great service.

    Service was good, food was delicious. One complaint though, all the meals I ordered had meats which I asked to be excluded. I ordered sides of biscuit n hash brown as exchange in place of and they charged me full price for the meals and the sides… said they charge for substitution. If I’d known that I’d taken all the meats and gave them to a poor person or a dog. That didn’t make me happy but I said nothing… talk about double dipping on customer’s.

    Unfortunately, my utensils were coated with debris which appeared to be dried egg. The Server was very efficient and nice, and promptly switched it out for a new 'roll up'.. That too, was coated with egg residue. I used to go out to eat often, but the past 3 years I've stayed home to eat. I will add, that my chosen career was in the Restaurant business. For 50 years, since I was 15 I worked in this industry. The silverware situation is easily rectified, by a hot rinse, wash, and a sanitized heat drying technique. It's not a forgiving job in any establishment, but must follow the 3 step order of washing. PAY YOUR UTILITY STAFF WELL, MAKE THEM PROUD OF THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT, AND YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE IN MORAL AND CLEANLINESS... AND YOU WONT RECEIVE REVIEWS SUCH AS THIS.     Small, old style iHoP - reminded me of my childhood! Busy Saturday morning. Staff friendly, helpful. Enjoyed watching the camaraderie among the team. They work well together, seem to enjoy themselves as a group and they seem to really enjoy the customers. Polite banter with each other, smiling and laughing. Great family atmosphere! Not far from Airport car rental. Parking is tight.

    A gas smell smacks you in the face as soon as you walk through the door. The workers could use so more proper customer service training. The food is good but each chef portion sizes are different depending on which shift you attend. I recommend night shift for bigger portions. Morning shift makes the smallest pancakes

    I love the food they had there but they overcharged me for one of the meals but I'm not complaining I'm just throwing it out there so maybe they won't do it again but either way the staff was good and the food was good I'll share some photos that I had taken with my daughters

    Didn’t have potatoes the night we came, but no matter—excellent and efficient service prevailed! Just what we needed for our quick layover when all airport restaurants had closed.

    The food was fine, I ordered the tilapia and it was good, but the service was soooo slow that we had to cancel one of our party's dishes as we needed to go to the airport and after 40 minutes they still didn't bring his order.

    There is a skinny tattooed waitress supposedly named Melinda that was so rude she should work at the morgue since she hates living people so much. I can be understanding with COVID and all but the restaurant is empty and there is NO SERVICE. horrible and rude.

    The food was good, but the waitress Graciela was not in the mood. She never smiled. And the bathroom were as nasty as her. The rest of the employees seems to enjoy their job.

    We had Marcus at 5am the day after Christmas and he was amazing. He is a fantastic server. The cooks also got our orders perfect and got our meals out very quickly. This night crew deserves a raise. I’m definitely coming back.
