Easy to find, easy to check in. I feel like my car was in a safe lot. Quick shuttle service to the airport. Waited 10-15 min for pickup after returning. The driver answered the phone when I called and told me where to stand for pickup. I like the orange stickers they give you so your driver can easily identify you among all of the other people waiting for pickups. I will definitely use this lot again. Thanks.

We used park by the ports for our 8 days cruise out of Port Everglades. Let me tell you this is a really great service for folks looking for convenience and cost savings. They have a drop off where the shuttles are so you don’t have to tote your stuff from the parking spot and they have folks that load it into the van. Cruise porters help you once you arrive at the port. Pickup return was fast (Less than 10 minutes wait) and return back to the parking lot was a 10-15 minute short drive. (I recommend you carry your luggage off the ship to avoid the crowds). —- we would definitely use park by the ports again.

I was very happy to find this company. All in all it was a great experience. That the car was parked at a casino seemed to add to the sense of security. The only challenge, minor complaint was you offload your luggage before you park the car and then you get back to the front and a van driver has loaded all your luggage whether it was ready or not. TIP: ONLY offload luggage that is zipped and ready to go. They are NOT patient in waiting for you to park your car. If your companion is with the luggage they will load it up and zip off to the port. I understand everyone is in a hurry, but some of us don't walk so fast and don't appreciate the extra stress. Especially when it was HOURS before the sailing time. Fortunately everything made it to the ship intact but I was concerned on the drive over. The driver was a safe driver, I would like to see a bit more organization at the pick up and drop off at the parking lot. The cruise line had the system down pat. Park by the ports has a little room for improvement. I would certainly use them again as the price is reasonable and the service is good.

Online booking was easy and they refunded the difference in charge when I had to reschedule. Parking was easy. The shuttle took me to the airport without waiting and they picked me up at the airport as soon as traffic time allowed them to come -- no delays. Overall, it was easy and excellent. Thanks for this affordable service! In my case, the price was the main consideration, but it turned out into a very good experience. I have already booked them for my next trip in several weeks.

Online reservation system was easy. Rates are extremely competitive. Check-in at the parking lot was pretty simple. The parking lot staff was helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver provided clear instructions on where the pickup point was. Pick up service was a bit slow, but several cruise ships were in port that morning, and a severe thunderstorm sitting over the port didn’t help. Upon arrival to the parking lot the staff unloaded the luggage under a large tent and provided an umbrella for use while retrieving our car. Overall we had an excellent experience with Park by the Port, will use them again.

We found the parking easily on our GPS. The lady driver was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us with the luggage even though it was very hot. We found her helping the other more matured travellers too with the same kindness. We would give her a thumbs up. The parking attendants were also very helpful and patient. They gave us two stickers with phone number to call upon our return. And the return system works great too as the same lady driver picked us with a very warm welcome home. Thank you for your service.

Easy in and out. You may drop off luggage under a shaded canopy and then park your car before walking back to the transport van so you don’t have to drag your luggage to the van through the parking lot. I liked this. The lot offers ample parking but isn’t too crowded so you can’t find your car when you return. The staff is friendly and transport to port is quick. They take you right to your cruise ship. Pick up is just as easy. I’d highly recommend parking at this facility! I’d use them again.

We have used PBTP several times and love them. They are so organized and professional and inexpensive compared to parking at the port. From dropping your bags as you pull in before you park your car to the comfortable coaches that take you to the port and pick you up quickly, the experience is spectacular. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Also, they were more than happy to work with us when our cruise was cancelled during the pandemic. Wonderful service and people!!!

We were very pleased. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. We are elderly and frail, and they were a great help with the luggage. We did not have to call for pickup; they were right there to get us. We were especially grateful after my husband left his backpack on the shuttle, with his passport and boarding papers. We might have missed the cruise, but instead the driver noticed the backpack still on the shuttle and brought it right back to us after his other drop-offs. Now that is personal service!

We used Park By The Ports parking in late April on our way to a cruise. Our experience was all around excellent! It was easy to find, and we felt safe leaving our car there there. The pricing was very reasonable and the free shuttle ride to and from was just a short distance in very nice & clean vehicles. And best of all the staff was excellent. They were very helpful, courteous ands lovely! We highly recommend it and will use again in the future. Thank you.

Park by the Ports was an excellent place to park during our Caribbean cruise. We were able to get on the nice van immediately for the short trip to our cruise ship. We were let off close to the terminal and were on our ship within 15 minutes of arrival at the terminal. On the return trip, the van was waiting for us and we were quickly driven to the Park and we were soon on our way home. Park by the Ports was convenient, had friendly drivers and the whole experience was excellent. The price was very reasonable and we will park there again when in the area.

My wife and I were very happy with the parking service. We were greeting upon entering, told where to park and driven to our terminal within minutes of arrival. Our return was just as smooth. The driver picked us up from the airport shortly after arrival and drove us back to our vehicle for pickup. Our car was untouched and in great condition as we left it. I would definitely use Park By The Ports Cruise & Airport Parking in the future.

My first time using Park by the Ports, and it won't be my last. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled perfectly by the staff. They were fantastic. I appreciate all the time they took to fix MY mistakes I made in scheduling dates. By the time I got into the shuttle, I was totally relaxed. Just a friendly bunch of people! the only way I can thank them is by being a returning customer. And I will be!!!

This parking lot was easy to access, secure, and very affordable. Book in advance and do not hesitate. The staff was excellent and handled my luggage very professionally. I handled my luggage way less than I would have taking a shuttle from a hotel. They were all super polite and considerate. I will definitely keep my car here again.

Would highly recommend. We had to park our car for 35 nights for a round trip transatlantic cruise out of Port Everglades. Arrival and parking was quick and simple, friendly drivers and staff loaded our bags and dropped us at the port. Upon our return we were on a different cruise line and returned to another terminal. We called the provided pickup phone number and the driver found us in the crowd of other cruisers. Be sure to wear your provided little orange stickers to help driver identify you. Will definitely use them again.

This parking lot was close to the port and easy to find. The staff loaded and unloaded my bags for me. No additional charge for transport (tips are graciously accepted) which took a load off my mind! They were communicative, accommodating and quick. The price was very reasonable. When picked up after my week long adventure, my car was in the same condition I left it in and service was once again phenomenal! Stress free parking!

I had a positive experience parking here. I had initially made a reservation at another facility nearby because their prices were very cheap but I hadn't read the reviews. As it got closer to my trip, I found some less-than-favorable reviews for the aforementioned place and decided I needed to cancel that reservation after what I read. I then found Park by the Ports and noticed all the reviews were positive and felt much better about making a reservation compared to the other place. I had good experience parking- the area felt safe and secure, and everything went very smoothly getting me to the destination from the parking area, as well as on the trip back. I would recommend this place for sure!

Safe and secure. We used this facility for our two week cruise. Accidently left our window down. The attendant found it and placed a plastic curtain over the open window. They could have wiped me out but they didn't. Very grateful. Service was great for going to the ship and pick up also. Thank you.

Fantastic! Easy to book and quick service when we dropped off our car. Our had a terrible 3 hour delay on our flight back home and we called at 1am for the shuttle to get us back to our car and the shuttle was there in less than 5 mins. The driver helped us with our bags and rip us off right by our car. We travelled with a 7 and 5 year old and an 11 month old. They made everything super easy and fast!

We never parked and used the Ft. Lauderdale port to cruise out of so were a little nervous. We looked at reviews and felt that Park by the Ports sounded good. It couldn't have been better!!! It was so easy to find & all the people working there were so nice. We felt like our vehicle was going to be safe which upon return it was. Drop off and pick up for our cruise was perfect with no long wait. I'd say maybe 5 minutes. We will definitely use them again.

WOULD NOT use this shuttle service again. You will wait a very long time to be picked up. We paid $80 for a family of four to park in their lot and be shuttled to and from our cruise ship. They did a great job getting us TO the cruise ship but on the morning of our departure we waited on the shuttle for over an hour and a half in the rain and ONE shuttle came in that time and filled up quickly because there were over 50 people waiting. They promised us another shuttle would around in 5 minutes, we waited another 30 minutes and they never arrived. We ended up having to pay another shuttle service to get us back to our car. Upon calling the owner to request a partial refund he claimed that they don't give refunds for a COMPLIMENTARY service, of which they are not because we had paid $80 for their services of which they did not complete the last half of their deal by never picking us up. Will never use them again and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Easy to find. Short shuttle ride to port. Friendly staff. Great price! Our flight got in late, called to let them know we could not get there until 11 pm, no problem. My daughter and I felt safe walking around the lot. The only problem was that having parked a month earlier, I forgot where I had parked, and we had to wander a bit.

THE BEST! We arrived early at The Ports Cruise Parking and didn't wait long at all. The staff was very informative and kept us up-to-date with their timelines. When we arrived at the cruise terminal, they directed us and then provided us information for our return... which was very helpful. A seamless process and wouldn't hesitate to do it again! We used them to park during a cruise. It was much cheaper and the whole process was easy. Got to the cruise terminal in less than 10 min. They were waiting for us when we got off the boat, too. The best part was the service. Our truck battery had died from not being driven for a week while we were on our cruise. The guys at Park by the Ports gave us a jump and made sure we were good to go. You can’t beat that kind of service! Highly recommend.

I had the.pleasure of using them when we took a cruise in Dec 2022. My husband and I booked last minute and drove from South Florida as we were leaving out of Port Canaveral. We thought Parking by the ports was a wonderfully run operation. The employees were polite and efficient. Leaving their site to go to the port was.essy and comfortable with their bus system and our luggage handled well. Pick up the following week was.smooth as well. In April of 2023 I had need to arrange for parking again and I was able to repeat my previous arrangement. I highly recommend them.

Awesome service. I used them in June when I flew to Europe. I had a blast in London and Amsterdam not having to worry about my truck. Pick up could have been a little quicker, but I understand issues going which can slow things down. Plan to use again for Christmas.

We saw this advertised while planning our cruise. Let me tell you if you don't want to be stuck with the chore of parking at the airport or seaport. You will be extremely happy of the choice. They dropped us at the Seaport and in reverse were picked up. That is what I call a way to start a vacation. Though everyone's experience may differ. This was ours. We will definitely do it again.

Park by the Ports has just lost a long-time customer. After waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle, leaving the terminals and heading to the lot, the dispatcher called the driver and told him to go back around and pick up someone at the same place I was before. So on the busiest day of the year I had to wait another 20 minutes instead of being taken to the lot. I was extremely angry and let the driver know. It wasn't his fault, but then the dispatcher called again and told him to go back AGAIN. This time the driver told him no because of me. They'll never see me again, after being a regular customer for five years. Park N Go, Park & Fly, and others are just as good without this kind of nonsense and lack of appreciation for customers.

Great service! Easy to use app to schedule parking date and time. We left our van there for 3 weeks. When we got back the battery was dead and the attendant was nice enough to give us a jump start, thank you!! They were on time for the drop off and pick up from the airport. Very convenient and the price can’t be beat! Thanks for everything!!

Arrived at assigned time & check in took less than 5 min. Our bags were immediately loaded and we were off to Pt Everglades. The whole process took 30 min from arrival at Park by the Ports to arrival at the ship. Our 2nd time using this vendor. Our experience was excellent when we went on our cruise out of port Everglades. The driver was nice. They loaded our luggage into the van. We went directly there and they dropped us right by where we needed to be to get on the ship. We were a little anxious about Whether they would be there when we got back because the cruise changed their dock but they were right there and only took about 10 minutes of waiting and we took off and got right to our car and we were out of there in no time flat. We would definitely use them again, and recommend them to our friends.

It was very easy to book online. The young man who took us to the airport was extremely polite and explained everything to us in detail. Then on my return from the phone call to the pick up and drop off it was seamless. The driver again very polite and pleasant to talk to. We will be using this service again in the future if ever needed. I recommend Park by the Ports highly. You will not be disappointed with their service.

The best parking place so far, I have ever been and I been to a couple of them. They have good space to park and it's very clean the area. It doesn't look sketchy like others I been to. It looks safe to park your car. Also, the staff are so friendly and easy to make the process smooth to get to the airport. They also are in time to pick you up.

We have used many Parking Lots when we cruised from the Florida Coast over several years. When we used Park by the Ports in May/June 2022 this year during a 14 day cruise it was reasonably priced and was by far the best in delivering us to the port and coming to pick us up when we returned. The drivers were very nice and helpful getting our luggage going and coming. We did not have any long waits as which is very common when returning from the cruise. We could not fine a thing to ask to be better. Our car was just as we left it with our keys in my pocket - no moving our car like some parks require you leave your keys so they can rotate positions for new cars. (One year had a tail light broken and Park said it was that way when I we left it and would not pay for a new one). We could not ask for any thing better!!

I was picked up immediately and was dropped off where I needed to be at the airport. When I returned back I was also picked up promptly and taken to my vehicle. Both drivers were very courteous. As I know this can not be controlled, I parked by a divider pole hoping to keep my car from being damaged; however unfortunately someone left a large scrape on my door by opening their door. Over all experience was great and I will use again.

As soon as I arrived, the bus was waiting for me to drop me at the airport. They follow my car through the parking lot and pick me up right where I parked. Best price in Fort Lauderdale! That's definitely my airport parking anytime I fly from there.

This company is the best. Our departure driver was very attentive and patient as we loaded our kids for the ride. Our return driver Brittany was so understanding and funny. She helped calm us down after a bad experience with our airline. I would definitely recommend parking with them.
