Bass Pro Shops offers a good variety of fishing, hunting and general outdoors supplies, one thing that has gone down the drain is their customer service. Today I went to pick up an online order, parked in the designated Curbside spot and called the number for pick up more than 5 times without getting an answer, finally I decided to go inside the store, to my surprise or not there was an employee using the phone for a personal call and another one with the eyes lost in the horizon. I asked if the curbside phone was not working or something else was wrong, I asked twice without getting an answer, then the employee decided to tell me to wait 5 minutes for the receiving crew to bring my order to the front. I should have rated 2 stars only but still like their selection and supplies.

This place, what an experience. From the moment I stepped in the door. The staff was so friendly. Manny and Jennifer made me feel special. So much to see, this is my new favorite place to just kill some time. I had such a good experience I joined the club! A good place to bring the family even if it's just to browse. There is a restaurant inside the store. Great place if you enjoy people-watching. Think I spent 4 hours just taking everything in.

Always been a big fan of Bass Pro! This location and store was pretty large, but happened to have everything we needed to get the kiddos fishing. The staff in the angler section was very helpful and nice. The rest of the store is very typical of a Bass Pro store, but happy they had one in the area we could stop at because now the kids are happy which in turn makes us happy.

My kid (23 years old) brought me here to check out some clothing and I have to say that I was very impressed. The displays are amazing, the clothing selection vast, and I cannot say enough about the sports equipment. Between the rifles and handguns I felt like a kid in a candy store. As for kids, a great place to bring the kids along as they have HUGE bass, and other fish, swimming in a giant waterfall display in the middle of the shop. They also have a really neat laser shooting range for all ages that was so much fun. Overall we had a good time and were able to walk off our lunch and pick up some cool items.

Big store. To be honest this is my 1st time visiting this kind of store as I thought it was only related to fishing items. I was surprised to find regular shoes, toys, bikes, swimming clothing and articles, and so much more. I'd enjoy my time here. Coming back definitely.

Wow what a store! I didn’t have enough time to shop and roam around as much as I would’ve liked so plan on more time than you think. Lots of very cool items and just the layout and displays are quite a joy to look at. Like they had big trees displayed just to hang the tree stands they sold on them , very cool 😎 Excellent restaurant attached that serves great food and had great seasoned staff.

One of a kind. It's a pleasure to visit this amazing store, where everything takes place. Entertainment, outdoors items, stunning fish aquarium with a piece of taxidermied animals on top. Great shop to go to!!!.

Mt first time going here. I bought a pair of hiking boots for my trip to the Smoky Mountains. The sales person was very helpful with her recommendation. Fantastic hiking boots for $75.00 no breakin time, good grip and very comfortable.

Great place to always go to, from the Fishing area, to their Boats, Gun Range, Ammunition that's slowed started being more available now in Shelves, even a small Arcade Area for kids (Games need fixing most are Broke), and let's not forget about their Restaurant that serves delicious 😋🤤 Meals. Must go to Spit anywhere they're located, their Deals throughout the whole store are also Awesome and good prices also.

Just purchased a mako 18 lts. KENNY Miller walked me threw the whole process of purchasing the boat.Great guy. Ramon Hernandez at service department was amazing setting up my boat with all the extras. Another great guy. I was treated so well by all staff.

Always a pleasure to go hear. The staff is friendly and polite. Just one thing, set aside 90 minutes or so if you want to speak to a gun expert or buy a firearm. They're always SUPER BUSY.

This is the biggest bass pro shop that I have ever been to! Huge stock of EVERYTHING! AND, good prices that would be deals anywhere else. My cousin built a new rod / reel. Also picked up a few cast net and lures! Great service and lots of staff to help out. To top all that off, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Great visit!

Great location! We love stopping at Bass Pro Shops while traveling and this one did not disappoint! Great selection of items as always, everything we needed for our Python Hunt with the Glades Boys Python Adventures. As always, you forget things like thermocells & refills, flashlights, bug spray, etc... Bass Pro Shops always has our back at the best prices!

Great selection and great service. I was offered a card membership club that gave me a 20$ discount on my order and is supposed to rack up points with every purchase even when made outside of the store.

Everything you expect from a great business they have, love the environment, love the staff, took Christmas pictures and felt very welcomed, loved the huge Christmas tree at the entrance.

If you love hunting or fishing, this is the place for you they have a large variety of outdoor gear large selection for your camping hunting or fishing trips the staff it’s very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and we love the fish Tank that they have inside the store, they everything from batteries to boats. The store is amazing. Definitely coming back. Great selection of all the fishing supplies you could need, but I found a couple of things very frustrating. Looking for fishing nets we found a display, but it wasn’t what we were looking for and we had to walk all over the store to find the area where all the nets were I was that way for everything nice fishing line they would have displays of a little bit of stuff but you really had to look around to find the main aisle with everything. Also, none of the staff came to help my friend and I and a lot of stuff did not have prices on it, so I had to go to the counter and wait on a guy to scan it at the register, which is also frustrating, especially when I looked over and saw for bass pro shop employees talking to two guys about fishing and ignoring all of the people walking around trying to find stuff that’s in one of my pictures in this review. They have everything but we really had to walk around and look and then have to stuff I didn’t have pricing on it so it needs to be a little better organized.

Great, excellent place to shop for all sporting goods, clothes, boats, fishing supplies, guns and ammo. Customer service is excellent. They answered all my questions. It was my first time going into this store. I was 150% satisfied with my gun purchase and will return again to buy other merchandise.

It is a staple to American outdoor lifestyle. A monument to everything you might need in one location. Clothing, camping, marine, fishing and hunting equipment on display from a wide range of brands. We stopped by not because we needed something but because we were curious as to what this place was when driving past. There is a large car park for customers, but presumably every shop in the US does. I'm giving 4 stars because alongside fishing rods, they also have a lot of guns on sale too. Overall, it is an amazing place for outdoor enthusiasts.

Hands down the most interesting place I’ve been to in a long time. I live in Davie. My daughter and I were having a lazy Friday summer afternoon when we decided to take a little drive down to Bass Pro. I hadn’t been there in years. Let me tell you…this place makes me want to become a pro outdoors woman! So much fun!

Beautiful place, Disneyland for adult males and some females 😜, it's really really well set up. Great collection, huge parking. The store has a huge selection of hunting gear, camping gear, fishing gear, apparel and guns. It was my first visit and I loved it Great place to shop.

I'm not a camper... or a Hunter, fisher kayaker etc…but I have to admit, this is a super cool store! I came down here in search of a hat and specific hiking pants. While I was walking around the store, I found it was actually enjoyable. There's so much to look at. A big beautiful aquarium, plenty of hunting, fishing, and camping gear for the outdoor enthusiast. They also have a really nice Sunglass department. Great restaurant on premise too. Staff was friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful place to go for anything outdoors. Definitely coming back here to pick up presents for my husband who loves nature and discovering Florida. Went with my kids and they had a blast. Incredible well kept and maintained, staff was so helpful and polite in every department. We had an early dinner and service was fast, food was nice, and our kids were happy with the space and fish to look at in the tank. Absolutely worth our drive from Boca.

Great inventory, friendly staff. The store itself is pretty cool. They were low on variety on the item I needed (but with covid and all the backorder going on, who isn't?) The "water fountain" with the fishes in the middle of the store was super cool. The kids enjoyed it, so did I.

This place has everything you need for hunting and fishing... The best outdoor store in south florida that's for sure... The size of this Bass pro shop is unbelievable it has everything you need and I mean everything even if you want to buy a boat you can buy a boat there crazy!!... I'm planning a camping road trip so I got to be coming back here real soon to get a lot of more things for my trip... Absolutely terrible customer service at the Dania Beach location. I have shopped in this store for years, and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years as a loyal customer. After today's interaction with a clerk that was absolutely ignorant on the laws pertaining to purchasing a firearm. My girlfriend bought and paid for a pistol and filled out the paperwork for a Florida state background check. The state took over three weeks to process the application. Once the state approved the paperwork, my girlfriend received a notice from the state to return to Bass Pro Shops to pick up the pistol. We both took off work early to go pick up the gun along with a few other things, but the clerk refused to release the gun and said that the paperwork that was submitted by Bass Pro at the time of purchase and was just approved by the state was no longer valid. This was a complete lie. I have purchased many firearms and have sold a few, too. Once the state approved the paperwork, the gun should have been released. I will never do business with this company again! The clerk said I had no clue what I was talking about and was extremely rude and absolutely ignorant. Bass Pro has lost a loyal customer.

Oh man. I don’t know where to start. This place is huge. It’s got so many products for outdoor activities (clothing, shoes, hunting gear, camping, fishing). They have a shooting range and archery range a restaurant. They sell for all ages. I had a great time for my first time going. I went to the restaurant first and then was able to buy some toys for my kids. It’s really great for anyone who likes outdoor activities.
