Horrible
hotel
and
service!!
So
we
pre
paid
and
booked
a
room
with
a
king-size
bed.
We
got
to
the
hotel
at
11pm.
for
a
late
check-in,
which
seemed
decent
until
we
got
on
the
one
and
only
elevator
that
smelled
of
urine.
Once
we
got
to
our
room,
we
had
double
beds
instead
of
the
king,
and
the
room
had
a
strong
stench.
Thank
goodness
i
thought
to
bring
disinfectant
spray
which
seemed
to
help
a
liitle.
I
went
to
the
front
desk
to
request
to
be
moved
and
was
told
no
more
rooms
available,
which
I
thought
was
odd.
It
was
so
late
we
had
just
driven
several
hours
and
too
exhausted
to
try
for
another
hotel.
So
we
both
slept
in
a
double
bed,
and
when
we
woke
up,
my
husband
had
bed
bug
bites
on
his
back.
We
could
no
longer
take
this
mess,
so
we
packed
up
and
drove
back
home
a
day
earlier,
disgusted
with
this
hotel
and
their
customer
service.
We
ask
for
a
receipt,
and
the
young
lady
at
the
front
desk
stated
we
would
get
an
email
and
continue
to
read
her
text
messages
that
was
4
days
ago.
We
have
reached
out
to
priceline
and
American
Armed
Force
to
file
a
complaint
they
don't
even
answer
the
phones
at
the
hotel
management
office.
