Ate here last Wednesday with my 8yr old boys. Rolls were delicious and Michael, our server, was kind enough to bring us extra when my son commented on how much he loved them. I ordered tenders, slaw, and a loaded potato. One son had tenders and fries. The other had a burger and applesauce. All of our tenders looked really dark like they had been fried, refried, and put under a warmer. They were dry and tough to eat. My potato was lukewarm— the cheese and butter didn’t even melt and the slaw was tasteless. The fries my son ate were fresh and the burger and applesauce were ok. My experience eating at the Hurstbourne location today confirmed that this Danville location is lacking. We waited five minutes before the “hostess” greeted us in her black zipper hoodie with food and bleach stains on the front of it. The tables were all sticky from the cleaner they are using. And they were ok with serving reheated tenders. Our server was kind, the rolls were good and free pie Wednesday are the only reasons I gave it two stars. I should have refused the food as soon as I saw it but we were hungry and on a schedule. I won’t make that same mistake again. (We went to the Hurstbourne location today at my son’s pleading. I’m glad we did. The food and service there was MUCH better.)

2023: Had the fried shrimp and it was good, but had a bit too much batter for my taste. The side salad and broccoli 🥦 was fresh and well prepared and seasoned. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs.

We stopped in for brunch and it was great. The cheesy potato soup is always a hit and pairs perfectly with the fresh rolls they always bring out! The service is great and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. KY CBD FARMACY Danville highly recommends O'Charlie's in Danville Kentucky!

We had our anniversary dinner here. First of all, Rosie was great and provided excellent pleasant service. That said, prices tend to be rather high, for example compare the salmon to Cheddar's pricing, and it seems they removed their burger that was previously my favorite thing and replaced it with a rather boring new burger. Not only that, they also removed their sweet potato fries which were the best thing to pair the burger with. Very disappointed in the new menu and pricing. The salads are, however, as good as ever. Definitely recommended.

By far the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The cobbler arrived with MOLD GROWING on it!! It was completely unsafe to eat and a health code violation! DoorDash was absolutely no help offered no solution. So I got stuck paying for something I couldn’t even consume. Unacceptable.

Sticky table, no appetizers to speak of. Ordered a bowl of soup and the shrimp and stuffed crab. They forgot the soup. Had to wait for a few minutes to get. Drink ran empty, there were like only three tables each with two customers. Not busy at all. Wasn't asked how our food was. I've had a whole lot better shrimp and stuffed crabs. They were okay. Bring back the stuffed mushrooms you use to have. They were big and delicious. Your food now seems like a bit like industrialized. All pre packaged and frozen til needed

We had a good meal. The service was great. The waitress was fun and very attentive to our needs. It was not busy when we were there around 2:30.The food was good and the restaurant was quiet and clean. The restoom could use more attention from maintenance.

Abysmal service, food was inedible, no free pie. Wanted to split a family dinner of 9 between two separate booths, while a 12 top table was standing open. Eventually moved is too the larger table, but after our drinks and bread had finally arrived, do we had to not only grab your personal belongings, but try to gather up amd carry our drinks, plates, silverware, and food to the table we should have been seated at to begin with. This store is fast on its way to following the O'Charleys in Gastonia, NC...Closed permanently.

Ordered fish and chips. Fries were under cooked and greasy. Fish was good except the breading wasn't to my liking. Service was good.

I ordered a club and what use to be the best soup around. Bread was hard and crumbled. The deli meat tasted like it had sat out in the fridge uncovered. The soup was watery and full of shredded cheese, just nasty. We had to ask for rolls and they were tiny. Waitress said that they have to limit the rolls bc they just go to waste. We were the only ones there for lunch hour. One waitress was working the rest were on their phones or standing around. The waitress that brought the rolls had dirty finger nails. Just skip this one. Sadly, it's not worth the price anymore.
