I only gave this location a 1 because it wouldn’t allow me to do a zero. Where do i begin. Our order was completely wrong when we finally got it. Then every single item we bought was burnt. The employees response is that they were busy, so I guess that makes it alright to have to throw away our entire meal. I don’t suggest this location at all. Update: They did finally give us a refund and hopefully took care of this moving forward.

We ordered online for delivery: 1. Do NOT give incorrect tipping calculations. Tips are calculated on percentage of BASE PRICE. Not tax. Not delivery fees. AND, more importantly, upon merit. 2. Your estimated delivery time was 20 minutes. You are half mile away. My ordered was placed at 1:51 and arrived at 3. 3. Food was room temperature; not hot. Not even warm. 4. We never tip the full amount online; allowing us the opportunity to tip appropriately for the level of service provided & allow the driver to make their own decisions re Uncle Sam. Cold food & late delivery? You can guess what we chose.

Not much to say as its Dominoes. Our pizza was to be expected from what we ordered. Nothing special and the order was correct. I ordered online pickup and it was ready when I arrived.

Ordered pizza while attending an event at Danville Community Market. It took a long time to get but when i watched the driver on maps he went the long way around. The foods flavor was hot but the chicken Alfredo Bowl was barely half ful.

So far everytime ive ordered delivery, order is in "delivery" status for an hour. Call the store they assure me its about to go out, then suddenly they cancel and when I try calling they leave me on hold or ultimately hang up on me.

got my order cancelled an hour and a half before they closed, so i showed up to the store because they refused to answer the phone. i was told that they didn’t cancel my order, which was a lie, so i just asked if they could reinstate my order if there was any confusion, to which i was told that they were closed. keep in mind this is one and a half hours before they close. blatantly lied to my face twice within a 10 minute interaction. the employees are rude and lazy with the exception of the delivery drivers, who are the only helpful people in that entire godforsaken store. get pizza anywhere else, these guys don’t want your money.

Put on hold for 28 minutes! Drove to the store while on hold. Showed the employee at the counter that I was still on hold. He didn't care. Tried to make an order and this same employee could not get the order right. It was just 2 pizzas with 3 toppings! I finally gave up and left with no pizzas.

They said our order was on the way then got cancelled and was waited on the phone for 2 hours, I’m better off applying and showing up to make my own pizza

Today I ordered pizza from this store but didn’t come 45 minut i wait driver didn’t answer my phone 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻so bad store and I ordered from pizza hot

Ordered a pizza. Estimated 1 hour delivery time. Waited 2 hours and still no pizza and took several attempts to finally get someone to answer the phone. For them to tell me my refund would be on my card in up to 3 business dashoykdnt have an estimated delivery time that is not accurate. If I knew it would take over 2 hours I would have never ordered at 8pm.
