My order was over one hour late! When I called, the manager stated that the driver had difficulties during an order before my order and would be there shortly. Which was an additional 30- minutes. I also paid for a large pizza and received a medium. I was informed that the large and medium pizza's both have 8- slices. The pizza was very good I do want to give recognitions to the cooks. However, I paid $28.00 which included tip and tax and received this medium 1.5 hours later.

WOW first time I had ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut in at least 10 years and to my surprise it was delicious and reminded me of why I used to love their food. Thanks for returning to the original sauce it's awesome. Matter of fact I ordered another pizza the following week. Great job Riverside Pizza Hut, Danville Va.

The staff and food were great! Nothing beats a pizza from Pizza Hut! I ordered online and set it to be ready for a certain pickup time and my pizza was ready to go at that exact time. I have been eating at Pizza Hut since I was a kid; do for a very long time. My only issue with Pizza Hut is nothing has changed. Besides no longer having the sit at arcade game they use to have. The inside and outside of Pizza Hut looks exactly the same as it always has. Most restaurants spruce up with the changing times. This Pizza Hut was still using a white board to tape their menu on. They are also very understaffed. I only seen two people working at this location. Yet they still had a great attitude and my pizza was fantastic. It was a little dirty on the inside but what can you expect with only having two people working. One was at the register and the other was making food. So none of this was in now way their fault. I don’t know who owns Pizza Hut or maybe it’s a franchise but whoever owns Pizza Hut needs to spruce up the place and hire some more workers. To the two people that were there that day. Thank you for great food and having a great attitude even though you were clearly understaffed. For you two you get 6 ⭐️

My food order was exactly what I hoped for and the pizza and chicken Alfredo tasted great, but the customer service I experienced was outstanding! Shaniqua's attitude, friendliest, and huge smile made my experience all the best. She gets my 5 star vote and I'll be going by this location again.

My wife & i hadn't been to The Hut in awhile. Experiences with declining customer service standards & substandard food quality kept us away. Nevertheless we decided to give them another shot today & were not disappointed. Thank you Ashley for being the ultimate professional with amazing customer service. You were kind & patient & took time to explain the meal deals & any other questions we asked. You restored our faith in the Hut & will definitely be returning. The pizza was amazing as were the boneless wings & breadsticks.

Hadn’t been to this Pizza Hut in 5+ years. Decided to give them a try again today. I was definitely pleased with the food and the customer service. Great Job!!

I cannot believe that Emmanuel, the manager of Pizza Hut, chose to fire Shaniqua McCain on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday. It is a day that we should be celebrating the achievements of Dr. King and his message of equality and justice. By unjustly firing a hardworking employee, Emmanuel has demonstrated a complete disregard for the values that we should be upholding. It is important to remember that service workers, like Shaniqua, often have to sacrifice time with their families in order to work long hours to support themselves and their loved ones. To treat them with such disrespect, gaslight them, humiliate them, and then fire them is completely unacceptable. Emmanuel's actions demonstrate an alarming level of greed and a lack of empathy for his employees. It is time for Pizza Hut to take responsibility for their actions and ensure that all of their employees are treated with the respect and dignity that they deserve.

My pizza was dry I asked for lite sauce it seems to have no sauce at all. The cheese was burnt. When I walked in everyone was sitting in the lobby no one was working. It was a guy standing in the kitchen vaping. The place was a messed and all the employees did not look clean

My wife had an issue in the food taking longer and it was fairly late in the night around 9:30 and when she spoke with staff they were absolutely the nicest people on earth. My wife says the way they were looking for the order they would have thought it were their food lol. Wasn’t expecting that kind of service. You just brought a customer for a good while

I ordered delivery and my wings were wrong, no sauce for my breadsticks, and my pizza looks like it was two separate pizzas put together. It taste like cardboard, the delivery driver was great but the pizza sucks
