Not a bad place and they have a "ton" of stuff to choose from. Bordering on too much. The store appeared very cluttered and disorganized. We did find a couple things we wanted, and even got a couple things we didn't plan on. The staff was pretty friendly which made it nice.

I've been shopping here since the store was originally located at Ballou Park. It's my go to for cards & Karen is great, but in my opinion the store needs a larger selection of Mahogany cards & items geared toward people of color, especially during the Christmas holidays, Kwanzaa, Black History Month & Juneteenth. While Karen considered & welcomed my concerns in the past, more needs to be done on a larger scale & I'd love to be an integral part of that inclusionary discussion especially since I shop there often.

I'm not to excited about shops like that but my wife thinks it's wonderful. She goes there several times a year. By the way she gave it 5 stars not me. I could never admit I enjoyed taking her.

We went to Danville Mall especially to shop at Karen's Hallmark store. What a treat! We met Karen and she was a delight. What a lovely lady! Her store was full of all things Hallmark and more. 🤗

Hallmark stores seem to be a dying breed in NC so it's good to see this one still here in the mall. This store has unique items and you can find a card for any occasion. They carry collection items, unique jewelry and a good selection of wrapping paper and bows. A good place to browse and shop with friendly, courteous customer service people willing to offer their assistance.

You will never find cards of this quality in a department store. There are cards for every age, gender and family member. Your chosen words can be printed directly on the card. Shipping is fast and the card is packed with care.

I went to this store about a month ago looking to buy a few things and was NEVER ONCE spoken to by any of the employees working there, including the one that almost pushed me out of the way while putting some things out on the shelves. I forgave that experience thinking that everyone has bad days now and again. Today, however, was the exact same way. I went in to get a couple of Yankee Candles for myself and a friend. I was never acknowledged by any of the staff, including the exact same employee who stepped DIRECTLY in front of me to get something off a shelf. When dealing with the public, it is nice to at least have common courtesy, which none of the employees have. Will not be returning to this store for any reason, and if others feel the same as I do on this subject this business will suffer greatly.
