I barely ever shop at beauty supply stores for certain reasons but this was the most welcoming beauty supply store I’ve ever been to. Both of the staff that I encountered were very warm and welcoming. I saw that they were out of a product I wanted and the lady hopped on the phone and called it in for me, saying it would be in stock in 2 days. That was amazing customer service. Came back a week later and the product was fully stocked. So many different items to choose from like wigs, bundles, faux locs, clothes, shoes, jewelry, and plenty of hair products. I will only be choosing Jackie’s from now on ❤️

Too crowded and her and her husband always following you around in the store. If anyone is getting ripped off it's the customer's especially when it's a little or nothing they are paying for items and jack the prices up . This is why I don't support these foreigners because one as a American I would have to go through so much to start a business but they come here and get a lot .

My second time there and experience is always amazing I love the family environment Jackie and get employees are very educational and loving and cheaper than hair stores around me!!

I've been coming here for years. Jackie is very nice. I used to go see her sister Porsha in Ballou Park. Her prices are pretty good, although if you can find a solid, trustworthy vendor online I'd suggest that.

I came in from Baltimore to visit with family and was having some hair issues. I googled hair stores near my hotel and Jackie’s was the first to pop up. I read the reviews and said im going now. Walked in and was greeted by two beautiful souls. The store was fully stocked wall to wall with whatever you needed. I saw one wig that i had to have and she said take this one. I went in for one thing and came out with three brand new wigs and a pleasant visit. Any time im in Danville i will definitely stop in Jackie’s beauty for my hair needs.

Jackie is very helpful she knows what type of hair is needed for a style she is also always willing to give discounts the goat 🐐

I bought a wig and a ponytail together and then the hair was not good at all. Call her to let her know she told me to bring it back she didn’t get my refund. I’m just not going back and buy another thing from there.
