The last few times I’ve ordered from here they haven’t been able to get anything right. Ordered for deliver a while ago. Was over 2 hours late and then everything we ordered wasn’t there. Was told I would get a credit for it being late and then a refund for nothing being correct (never got either of those) then today decided we would try again but this time to pick it up. Pizza was still wrong/didn’t have the correct toppings and the lady working said she makes great pizzas and doesn’t mess up but she can just send us home with the toppings instead. Not worth the hassle anymore

So ordered a pizza 3 minutes past because of a foreign lady taken, my order took over almost 5 minutes. Now I can't place my order because they stop doing orders at 10:30. If they'd get somebody that speaks English, it might help.

I had great pizza. It was a very strange experience though. You order at the counter when you first walk in, they only serve bottled pop, and your pizza is served to you in a carry out box with paper plates. It wasn't clear to me if these were measures left over from the pandemic or due to a shortage of staff. Very strange though.

Ordered online through the Pizza Hut App. They kept me up to date on the status of my order and when it went out for delivery. only took about 35 minutes from order to delivered.

This Pizza Hut has much improved over the years. The pizza and wings are awesome! However, our last several orders have been wrong in some way, shape, or form, whether they didn't get the toppings right, or the sauce was wrong, and they always forget to give us our extra sauces. (Pizza sauce, cheese, and garlic sauce). But again, significantly improved. They just need to work on getting the orders correct and make sure they don't forget the sauces.

The service was excellent food is hot and fresh, I eat there at least once a week.

Have lived in town for 7 years and this has been the best pizza hut I've ever been. Great food and great staff.

Wife loves pizza hut and their bread sticks. This one in Danville has had their ice machine out of order and no fountain drinks for the last 3 weeks with no promise of fixing it. The pizza hut in Plainfield and Mooresville have no dine in services when we come in the afternoon. One star rating for them.
