1/5 Nay I. 1 year ago on Google
We
were
a
party
of
4
plus
a
toddler.
We
were
at
the
restaurant
on
my
recommendation.
I
have
been
to
Joe
and
Mimma's
one
other
time
which
was
in
2018.
I
had
a
very
good
experience
my
first
time
there
and
wanted
to
share
the
experience
with
my
family.
Unfortunately,
the
experience
today
was
uncomparable.
We
had
a
waitress
by
the
name
of
Jamayia.
For
starters,
she
seemed
almost
immediately
annoyed
with
any
questions.
She
was
unaware
of
the
menu
specials.
There
were
two
entrees
being
offered
on
special
and
she
stated
the
name
of
one,
but
actually
stated,
"Something
else,
I
don't
know."
She
ignored
our
efforts
to
get
her
attention.
She
walked
off
constantly
in
mid
sentence
when
we
were
speaking.
She
never
offered
any
drink
refills
or
checked
to
see
if
we
needed
anything
until
the
end
and
time
for
the
*check.
She
also
never
offered
a
[to
go
box].
I
requested
lemon
with
my
water
and
that
request
was
ignored.
The
color
of
my
lemonade
was
completely
different
from
my
daughter's
and
we
ordered
the
same
thing
(mine
looked
and
tasted
watered
down).
Our
salmon
was
overdone.
They
neglected
to
bring
the
sauce
to
our
table
(which
came
with
the
meal).
We
had
to
request
it.
My
grandson's
lasagna
was
mostly
cheese,
hardly
any
pasta.
Jamayia's
piss
poor
attitude
put
a
very
bad
damper
on
our
meal.
The
entire
experience
was
so
horrible
we
will
not
be
back.
Good
service
is
invaluable.
We
actually
witnessed
one
server
carrying
drinks
to
a
table
and
coughed
over
the
drinks
(needless
to
say,
they
were
not
wearing
a
mask).
The
restaurant
attempted
to
bring
a
peace
offering
of
two
pieces
of
cake
and
a
slight
discount
on
the
ticket
but
unfortunately
the
cake
was
not
enough
to
compensate
for
Jamayia's
poor
disposition,
rude
and
crude
behavior,
and
lack
of
customer
service.
When
she
brought
or
basket
of
bread
to
the
table,
she
just
set
it
down
and
walked
away.
She
returned
a
few
mintes
later
with
a
bowl
of
something,
set
it
down
and
walked
away
again
(no
explanation,
no
comment,
just
resentful
service).
We
observed
at
others
tables
and
she
interacted
very
differently.
We
are
generous
tippers
with
good
service
and
we
always
return
with
good
service.
Jamayia
may
not
remember
me,
but
I
will
never
forget
her
or
this
experience.
It
pays
to
have
good
customer
service.
It
pays
to
have
good
food.
I
am
saddened
at
this
experience
today.
For
the
restaurant
and
servers,
you
never
know
who
is
walking
through
your
door.
Everyone
should
be
given
the
same
good
quality
of
service.
If
I
could
give
this
restaurant
a
score
today,
it
would
be
an
F.
