I attended my relative wedding party hosted at Elegance. The venue has the capacity to handle significant number of invitee which is great. I enjoyed hospitality from professional hotel servants..the food was great. I particularly liked a combination of both vegans and non vegan diets. The location is quite easy to navigate to and from any part of Dar-es-Salaam city.

Bathrooms VERY dirty. The toilet is just Brown. I had to ask for the bedding to be changed twice. The shower and walls are just the same. The restaurant does not have variety of menu. I asked for a steak and I was fed Beef stew which was barely cooked. Today I asked for chicken, and it I was told they do not have. how des a hotel restaurant NOT have chicken??? I had chips mayai twice today, because there's no other thing I could have since I am not a fan of sea food. I was given a glass to use for my cold and it was dirty, the plates are on the corners were dirty. Today I was awaken by a knock on the while I was sleeping, what the hell!!! There's a balcony, but I cannot even sit there because it's FILTHY. I cannot wait to get the hell out of this place.

Location is good , just in the middle of Sinza area. Acceble is easy to places like Mlimani city, masaki, mwenge, It has a lounge on the second floor good for those who like loud music.

Had a great experience here, I was passing through the city and googled a nearby affordable hotel and ended up staying here for a couple of days. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. The night life is incredible. Plenty of parking, great staff, very accesible. Ended making friends with some chap called Biggie who works here, took it upon himself to show me around, and it was quite an experience. I really did enjoy myself. They have some kind of restaurant/bar that turns into some kind of bar/club at night, and is quite popular with the locals. It's sound proofed so no noise. The rooms are basic, but they do for what they charge. The hotel is located close to some nearby local restaurants that make really good authentic swahili dishes at very affordable prices. I was there when they were fixing up the road. So, it should be very very accesible now from the main highway. I would recommend this place as an affordable, accessible, fun, homey kind of hotel. Just don't expect a Marriott experience and you'll do just fine.

Sort out electricity issue, totally disappointing blackouts

Very basic rooms - value for money. AC is Super! - Dar can get really hot. Neat Shower & bathroom. Absolutely poor service at the restaurant - food wasn't great & the waiting staff literally jumped to serve themselves first. I recommend this just for a room if you arrive in town, late at night. (1 night maximum)

Restaurant is nice, very cool place to have lunch and dinner. The lounge is lit on some days especially, weekend.

Good hotel with excellent conference room. Big challenge is small space for car parking otherwise it is a good place for arranging public gatherings and ceremonies

Had a Friend's Wedding reception here, marvelous vibe and location They have a night club pretty chilled if you an introvert too ..so far 8/10

Everything thing need to be improved. Staffs are fine but the hotel need to be worked on in terms of cleanliness, water, AC and fans just to mention but a tew

A recently built furnished hotel inside Mori community. It's a lovely economic boost facility and contains hall events. It has a popular high top bar/pub with interior Air conditioning and flat screen TV's for watching soccer games. Great investment Mr. Kimario

I don't know much about the hospitality service (hotel). But they have a lounge (mini-club) and it's in my opinion one of the best in the neighborhood. Lively music, good service, the drinks are reasonably priced and the place is almost completely free of the chaos of the Sinza sex-workers.
