I faced a very cheaper service here. very rude staff which i can't expect. they don't know how to behave with peoples. would like to advise management, please take care for this otherwise you may shut it down.

Worst service, pathetic lady manager melinda or whatever , rude answers, poor air conditioning , it seems staff are not well paid, extremely unprofessional staff including the lady manager...please remove this type of attitude lady manager. Very very bad experience..on the screen they say 24hrs open and when we went they said, we are closing at 5am. Best casino in town is le grand and las vegas. There are many casinos in DAR es salaam but princess casino is very special among them. It is located on the 2nd floor, the ambiance is very good and the staff is also very good.
