Beautiful hotel with friendly staff will to help , need slight renovations due the damp from all the aircons but you would not even notice , the breakfast and lunch buffet are absolutely amazing with all the facilities needed , pool , gym , bar . Excellent

Great band on Fridays. The tone, musicality and choice of songs is phenomenal. However the service was slacking. Had to wait to be served and that didn't happen and had to go around and fetch a staff.

I can swear in all languages, Serena hotel is the best bpace to have your Sunday brunch with either your family or friends. you can eat and drink as much as you want while enjoying the performance of a live band. There is varieties of good that caters to all from children to vegetarians. There is play ground for kids too

Very nice hotel, but as it was built in '95, it could use a bit of renovation. All the public areas were nice, but the rooms and hallways showed the hotels age.

They had excellent Christmas and New Year dinners and brunches. A very nice indoor and outdoor dining areas. Good selection of food and drinks

Best services with the most beatiful decore inside. Recommend you take a visit or perhaps a stay with a loved one for a cpuple of days.

The Food Manager is not warmly ..apart from that everything is beautifully
