Had the worst experience while living here, everything is broken, very poor management, nothing ever got fixed even after complaining about things thousand times you'll be going to suffer for basic amenity like water etc

This is the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed! Broken equipments, poor service. Don’t be cheated by it’s appearance , inside it’s totally mess !!!

The owner of the apartment will let u know what a miserable life is. The AC is broken everyday; the water is cut off for half of the shower at night, and there is no more water that night; the ventilation is not good, and the toilet smells bad. There is no management at all! Worst living experience of my life!

The owner Ahmed of Bin Fajaa apartments is by far the worst slumlord I have ever met in my life. The apartment on the ground floor of kenyatta apartments is situated directly on to the trash in the complex which is never taken out or cleaned. The smell permeates the apartment and makes you nauseous He manages his property like the pig that he is ,the apartments stink and there are flies, worms and mosquitoes everywhere not to mention that it is infested with large cockroaches and huge RATS! The smell and humidity is soo bad all of the walls in the apartment are molded and cracked with debris everywhere, nothing ever works in the apartment ,you’ll live for months with no AC no TV and no refrigerator . Ahmed is soo cheap when he does repairs he uses old and used appliances and some of the most laziest and incompetent workers ever. Not to mention Ahmed is a thief and has even stole my personal furnitures that I had to pay for out of pocket considering he lied about renting me a furnished apartment when it was really unfurnished upon move in with broken items everywhere. He should be arrested for the scam he is operating at kenyatta. Do not waste your time or money on this place you will be scammed and disappointed
