Poor service from the Manager we had to make a follow up for more than a month to get a receipt after the stay. This one is not okay at all and at some point they refused to answer or replay our calls/msg

The rooms are really large and spacious. The furnishings are appropriate. We had a challenge communicating with some staff (if you're not fluent in swahili). The beach view is spectacular. The best thing about the place. The location is close to most retail facilities like Shoppers supermarket etc. A great stay.

This building it NOISY. Don't expect to sleep much. A lot of mosquitoes passing around the window frames. Apartments are huge (only positive point), but way too expensive for their overall quality. Our previous apartments, in Masaki, were less expensive and way better. Edit: the management said "we'll fix everything, I'll contact you on Tuesday". No news since then. Not to be trusted.

Altough the building was nice, the staff was horrible. They were more concerned with their own business then providing basic service.

A few minor issues. But management is very accommodating. So far my stay with kids has been great. Spacious apartment and cleaning staff are doing their job perfectly very helpful. The views are great.

I didnt realize that the masaki area is basically a piece of land thrusting into the sea until i visited this place. Amazing.

It’s a great place for family, great size room (my son thought the bathroom was pretty cool), very friendly staff, beautiful view of the ocean, a very nice pool kids enjoyed it so well generally a very kid friendly environment, it’s safe and there’s ample parking space, even the other guests were quite nice 👍🏽

I have always loved this place but it has changed since Abuu left. I was booked into a fully booked place, put in an unused and incomplete apartment with a promise for an upgrade the next day... when they got a paying customer for the upgrade they were happy to tell me to leave or wait to move again. I felt like a nomad after fully paying online for comfort. Disappointed. Reply: Shouldn't have accepted the booking in the first place if there was no complete apartment available on the booking date and I'd have to stay in an incomplete apartment to be moved (what felt like) twice. Or communicate the issue and allow the customer to decide before travel if they're ok with an incomplete apartment. Wish you well... I have loved this place in the past. Was saddened by the service this time... maybe better next time.
