It was a very great experience. We enjoyed it a lot. The beach was very clean, calm, safe, and long. The swimming pool is well maintained and has separate provisions for kids and adults. The pool water is very clean. The premise is fully green and well maintained. There is spacious parking there. The reception area is traditionally decorated and it attracts tourists. The hotel is also good. It provides local as well as international food and dishes. The seating arrangement is also nice that provides a sea view. We can enjoy Sunset from the hotel area. The room conditions are not good enough. It needs maintenance. We can go to stay there or we have to pay entry fees of TZS 10,000 per adult and TZS 5,000 per kid and spend a full day. Overall it was nice to experience and we enjoyed it a lot.

Breathtakingly beautiful place..polite staff,clean beach resort, beautiful room, food is expensive with limited choices.

It was an amazing experience, the staff gave a tailored service due to our requests in meal, which was an amazing feel, in addition to it they also gave us priority treatment and were on their toes to provide excellent services.

Awesome getaway, friendly and professional staff, good swimming pool, easy access to beach and budget friendly rates. The decor is breathtaking and stunning. A big place where kids can have ample space to run around. Food is good as well. They also have a mini GP carting track. I think if they add a big kids play area, would be a big bonus and attraction.

Around 24 kma from Dar city centre, this is a huge huge place. From outside only, you can get to see a tennis court, go kart area etc. They have huge cottages and restaurant area looks too fancy. We went on Sunday afternoon for a family time. Everything was good- food, place and service. This place has a good view of ocean. We enjoyed a lot in the pool and beach. Only thing was, that their pool was not cleaned properly. Only after asking them, they cleaned it. Otherwise nice place to visit.

It was painful visit to this property today after 3 years. Last visit was before Covid. This property had nice green lawns. Swimming pool was with clean water. They used to provide towels. Today it was a disappointing day for us. Took one pizza, which was not cooked well. Serice was poor. Chairs were broken. Not many pool cots with shelter. No towels were offered for swimming pool users. Not many beach cots. I think the management has completely forgotten about the maintenance and the quality of the property. What a fall! Very sad to see a beautiful property not serving well

Best place for outing with family. They have rooms of about 100 usd. The pool side is very good. The best part was the seaside, it was very clear and clean. Its worth visiting. Last but not the least it's entrance fee is 10k.

The pool and facilities were relatively clean as well as the beach too. There were enough seats for guests too. There was a buffet (but I didn't want that), so we had to leave early and go elsewhere for lunch. The management needs improving.

Unfortunately the facilities desperately need updating & renewing, such as chairs falling apart when moved & numerous tiles around the pool area loise/missing. A shame as I'm sure it would have been great back a few years ago. Also staff have no obvious training and the food/drink is very overpriced compared to other close by beach side resorts. Until there is substantial investment in facilities/staff I would recommend going elsewhere.

An ok place for a relaxed weekend. I was charged tsh10,000 for a day pass, which was OK considering the excellent sandy beach and pool. The pool was full, on a Sunday. Waiter and restaurant service was slow and the food was nothing to be excited about. The lounge was empty and not appealing to sit. Bar service was just as bad. There is a fun go-kart facility which you pay extra for. I think it was 10 laps which go by very fast and you can get quite competitive. 😉

Great place. Pool is nice and clean the lifeguard is very attentive unlike other places makes sure ppl wash their feet after being in the sand before entering the pool.. only downside is towards the evening people tend to pee in the changing room which makes it a bit eeky to change

Went to a conference there. The conference screen is occasionally blinking mid presentation like about to go out. Their conference hall didn't have working Central Air conditioning, resulting in a hodgepodge of small standalone units being chained around the hall with copper wire running outside to a wall unit that was put on the floor. I mean how do you not prepare until people come? And the breakfast was so meagre. one egg, one small slice sweet potato, one veg kebab. The place doesn't serve fresh juice, all box juice drink. I don't get it. It used to be such a nice place.

I only visited the beach and had lunch. The view of the beach is wonderful. But they need to update the restaurant area and the food service was not impressive.

The atmosphere is beautiful.. like a getaway of sort. You feel at peace.

It's definitely not what it used to be. Didn't stay in the rooms just went for dinner but I was not impressed.

The room service was poor the wifi was not working the water was coming dirty from taps and shower

I tried calling by 3:45am so that i may set a reservation as i arrived in dar, the night team didn't pickup my calls. I left 5 missed calls 🤦🏾

For the day we stay there with my wife, we have the excellent weather, sea view, delicious food. Staff are charming, especially mr Calvin Mgugule.

Service is slow, found that they served tourist first and quicker than the locals. Food was tasty no review on rooms as I only came for the pool and beach.

It was wonderful to just visit the beach and arrive early to have tea, which was delicious. But took a really long time to come. The up side...the teas came with andazi!!

Beautiful view but I won't recommend no one to eat food there me and my son got food poison after dine there ,the dood was not what I ordered and was not fresh , not like old bahari beach I use to know

Only went for a swim, it is a bit run down, in the past it was a great place now lacking maintenance. Beach cleaning was also not good.

Entrance fee is TZS 10,000 per person on weekend, which makes it to use facilities such as tennis court, swimming pool, etc. There are two tennis courts which are concrete courts. It is maintained well and very spacious.

It's wonderful. The ocean breeze is really cooling you down. The meals are delicious. The rooms are wonderful and with enough space. The sports grounds are well maintained. The Gym needs to be reopened! Customer care service is at the highest lievel.

This is where you come to throw away your money. Terrible food service. Buffet Roasts chicken drier than your avg corner restaurant. You pay 10k to enter a open club instead of a beach, blasting 2000+ watts of music in your face.Personally I go to beaches to listen to the ocean waves and wind and this is not it. Edit: This is most definitely not a 5 star hotel in any form. Public toilets don't even have all the lights functioning in them. With rusty taps. I spent double what I would anywhere else and I am now leaving at a lower mental state than I entered.

It is big and nice but if it were to be maintained well (the gardens are not green and flowers are dead😥), there are algae on the swimming pool walls which could lead to skin infections

A very nice hotel at one time but rundown now.needs some major renovation and some fresh ideas .watersports,a water park, weekend offers,good reasonable priced food.rooms are okay but otherwise rundown.very nice location and plenty of space to expand. Hope it doesn't go down the drain.

Amazing atmosphere, food and friendly staff….i will give it 3 for two reasons. The room i stayed had a shower drainage issue. The Wifi connects but there is no actual connection..

The place is so good to spend time with family, friends n kids. Beaches are good & clean. The entire area is neatly maintained.

This hotel can do better, because the location is good just by the beach, but looks not so well kept.some repairs are needed here and there..the swimming pool is large though and room prices are quite reasonable compared to others nearby..if your not so selective then this can be an ideal stay.

I came to Ledger Bahari Beach hotel to get away from the city life in Dar. The Kunduchi area is more laid back and peaceful. It is a 10k Tsh admissions fee (which is less than most pool admissions fees) to use the pool located right on the beach with an amazing view of Bahari beach. The hotel and facilities are beautiful and worth a visit when in Dar.

With the ocean view you'll just enjoy everything, from environment itself and every service you'll get from its attendants at reasonable prices

It's a nice place with a beautiful sea view i enjoyed sea breeze it was calm and the white sands along the beach makes your eyes feel like there's nothing to lose Actually it's best place to chill when you're searching for one it's very relaxing I also recommend the evening tea 🍵 it's blended in Tanzania and served by attendants with respect

Lovely place. Good rooms. Excellent conference facilities. Good manager. Gave 3 stars because there is great room for improvement in service and upgrading of facilities. Also air conditioning needs a lot of attention. Held a training session needed to outsource air coolers. Despite all this the hotel management went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I would definitely go back again.

Nice location with access to a clean beach. The swimming pool is big with fresh water. It also has a kids' section with a lifeguard always on standby. The menu is amazing and the prices are decent. I'll be coming back again for karting. And yes, I'd really recommend it to a friend.

The perfect vacation in dar es salaam. The service was very helpful . The staff were very friendly. The activities were fantastic. The room were very cozy and comfortable 😊. Looking forward for another stay in bahari Beach 😄
