    I have experienced very unpleasant services. The room was full of mosquitoes that the night was unfriendly. The front desk was occupied with arrogance and lack of cooperation.

    Clean new hotel with very basic breakfast. The customer care and service not so great. They require payment upfront before accessing their services. You can get better value from other establishments within the same range.

    Nice rooms, very nice Breakfast. A cool, quiet place in a safe neighborhood. Polite and respectful staff especially Asmah from reception department. However, Zainab needs more training on customer service and knowledge of products at the hotel.

    This hotel is an example of poor and horrible service you would ever receive in the world. Members of staff would smile at you to make you buy their rooms and harass you to pay more money for room cleaning and laundry They will try to make you spend your money in or delay your change for hours so you can give up or buy something you never want I will never use or recommend anyone to use this hotel! If anything it deserve ZERO STAR!

    If you check-in at 02:45 they still counting as the day you have started in the morning they take full payment and you have to leave 10am.

    We went there for the wedding celebration. The hall was not having A so it was very hot 🥵 and the parking 🅿️ is not friendly they have parking in side but they don't allow all to pack there

    Good hotel with untrained or just say "don't care receptionists, whenever you need help they will just look at you without reply, don't make a mistake to ask any question twice... No one will talk to you, pretending to be busy on other things. The more you ask the more they're not on you.

    I am having a worst experience with Mesuma hotel... Kijitonyama's Hotel manager is one of the worst employees in the hospitality industry I have ever met... He is inhuman , heartless and most unprofessional person I have ever met... Mohammed Mningo abused me and spoke harsh words to me before the public... I am wondering how did he even get to be employed as an employee in such a sensitive organization like an hotel... An hotel customer are to be treated with special treatment.. Shame on him Shame on the management I will be astonished if I find him as an employee and my complains go am answered... Mohammed Mningo you need to step down to protect the image of MESUMA HOTELS Shame on you.No safety if the management employes poor staffs like Mohammed Mningo
