It
is
a
5
star
hotel,
and
they
capture
excellent
amenity
and
a
high
level
or
service.
Likely
the
highest
level
of
service
you
will
receive
in
any
tanzania
hotel.
The
rooms
are
great,
with
spacious
options
for
suite
and
apartment
style
105
sq
m.
If
the
staff
makes
a
mistake
they
will
go
above
and
beyond
to
compensate
for
your
troubles.
For
instance,
the
hot
water
did
not
work
in
my
room
and
I
left
it
running
for
10
minutes
and
still
nothing,
and
had
a
meeting
so
I
had
to
shower
in
cold
water.
They
compensated
with
a
bottle
of
wine
and
fruits
which
I
accepted
and
was
appreciative
of.
Multiple
days
of
cold
water
unless
it’s
running
for
15
minutes
prior
to
finally
warm
up?
This
is
crazy
for
a
5
star
hotel.
A
major
issue
is
the
food
here
is
nowhere
near
5
star
restaurant
food.
I
would
even
strongly
consider
firing
the
entire
chef
line.
Equivalent
to
the
quality
of
McDonald’s,
from
beef,
steak,
to
the
breakfast.
Completely
disgusting,
there
is
no
way
to
sugar
coat
it.
I
ordered
a
medium-well
steak
but
received
rare.
The
cut
was
very
subpar.
I
ordered
calamari,
which
tasted
like
plastic.
I
ordered
the
burger
and
it
was
ok.
The
crème
brûlée
was
likely
one
of
the
worst
I’ve
ever
had.
It
wasn’t
even
crème
brûlée,
it
was
like
an
odd
pudding
with
no
glaze
sugar
top
and
tasted
like
it
was
made
5
days
ago
and
frozen
then
unthawed.
Threw
it
away.
I
ordered
and
they
brought
out
“bread
and
butter”
to
the
table
before
the
meal
came,
but
what
is
actually
was,
was
1
pcs
extremely
tiny
small
mini
roll,
which
was
stale
now
both
times
I’ve
received
it,
and
it
was
cold,
not
warmed
or
toasted.
The
butter
pieces
was
custom
made
with
what
looks
like
small
fruit
or
some
sort,
which
was
good
but
it
was
frozen
and
straight
from
the
fridge.
So
freezed
butter,
on
a
cold
and
stale
roll
of
bread,
so
the
butter
doesn’t
melt
so
you
eat
chunks
of
frozen
butter
because
it
can’t
spread?
They
really
just
didn’t
think
it
through.
The
dishes
look
aesthetically
pleasing
but
almost
everything
I
had
was
McDonald’s
level
quality
and
the
taste
was
so
below
par
it
was
actually
shocking.
The
breakfast
buffet
had
no
real
options
except
maybe
an
omelet
and
coffee.
Very
limited
and
also
poor
quality.
Also,
they
made
me
walk
from
outside
the
property
at
the
street
and
didn’t
allow
my
driver
to
drop
me
off
at
the
front
door
because
I
was
in
a
bajaj.
It
was
nice
weather
and
I
wanted
to
get
fresh
air
and
the
experience
of
it,
although
normally
I
travel
in
SUV.
This
was
not
okay
or
acceptable
for
a
paying
guest
in
the
highest
tiered
room
and
wanting
to
be
dropped
off
at
the
hotel
not
at
the
street
outside??
Seriously
crazy.
Another
thing
is
that
when
reception
puts
you
on
hold,
the
phone
plays
a
music
tone
during
the
interim.
No
problem,
except
for
the
fact
that
it’s
outrageously
loud.
I’ve
uploaded
a
video
of
it,
hard
to
tell
from
the
video
but
seriously
it’s
so
loud
the
neighboring
room
can
hear
it,
and
the
volume
is
so
at
max
it’s
crackling
the
speakers
of
the
phone.
Every
room
I
stayed
was
the
same,
they
need
to
lower
the
volume
of
this
interim
song
by
50%
at
least.
Benefits
is
it’s
next
door
to
Le
Grand
casino
which
has
a
great
Texas
hold
‘em
game.
They
also
have
a
nice
cigar
lounge
upstairs
which
many
local
businessmen
go
to.
Great
for
connections
and
a
very
high
quality
of
cigars
and
atmosphere.
Upstairs
pool,
spa,
and
great
gym
amenity.
Spa
was
OK,
nothing
special.
Hopefully
they’ll
make
some
improvements
to
really
become
the
absolute
best
5
star
hotel
in
the
country.
