AC water drops can fall on your face while sleeping, water pressure is too low for shower, no hot water facility, AC sound was loud, TV not working, No wifi range in your rooms. Food is just ok.

I had gone to pickup a cake from their restaurant. Amazing cake in a affordable prices just amazing. I have seen the rooms yet. However enjoyed the service given when I went for cake.

I stay in their PG accommodation. Food is average, sometimes below average, room water supply is no guarantee in between your shower it may stop sometimes not came back, drainage always problem. And more over the complaints are acceptable but there is no solutions. They will teach us african scenarios. As it is company accommodated , I have to survive here.

It is a nice place though, they should improve their breakfast services

Good hotel with a location in Kariakoo making it easier for buyers coming from neighboring countries.

Staff at reception were great. However anyone planning on stay here, be aware that; *There are no mosquito nets in the rooms (not in mine anyway) and there are a lot of mosquitos. *They also have WiFi, but there was no access to WiFi from my room. *I had to sit on the stairs in the hallway to make online calls and access the internet. *While sitting on said stairs, I saw rats running up and down the stairs in close proximity to the kitchen. *The room service phone and TV in my room room did not work. * I had to reception and ask for my window to be closed, because it was broken * And there seemed to be what looked like semen on my sheets. *When I told the lovely man at reception, he did not seemed surprised and said house keeping was the issue. *The second sheet I was given new sheets which were also dirty and the 3rd a huge tear in it. *4th one was clean, but by that time I had, had enough. If you are a budget traveler this place is a little bit expensive for you, you can also find some better options just near by it. And they also provide you same facilities in half of the price which you paid for this.

I paid 120000 for a night dated 17th jan 2021 at iris hotel. Its a good and clean hotel but AC not working and unavailability of 2water from the shower. Customer service is good yet i got no alike room for exchange how will i be refunded some amount? Or what can i be offered?

Dirty hotel, rude stuffs, receptionist said that she left shampoo bu twhen l checked my room l didn't see shampoo and she refused to give us shampoo. Toilet hole is closed they didn't want to Open.
