    Very poor service neat and clean place but poor service poor management they not serious in what they are doing It has poor management, very poor management. I don't advise any pregnant woman with serious problems to be joining this hospital. If the doctor is what you want go find her in another hospital where she is also available. Apart from that , the hospital is big, nice and clean. The stuff has great hospitality.

    My son was sick few months back he had temperature and throat pain ,we took him there as our family dr told to do to get full blood picture done ,they forced us to pay to see dr there and dr failed to detect tonsillitis,we had to take him back to family dr to get antibodies Poor service I would say

    Clean and comfortable. Rates are very reasonable. Wish they get more experienced doctors, most of their doctors are not experienced enough.

    Comfortable and clean environment. However, patients are kept waiting for long hours after being told to arrive at a certain time as some doctors have no regard for patient's time and health. Please reprimand your staff.

    Very rude hospitality their cawrd they dont know how to treat or talk to a customer, start from reception to nurse to a doctor,a female doctor who came from aqa Khan hospital she is very very rude and your nurse are very rudely, you two asked me if I'm a doctor, my answer is yes I'm fully certified doctor,you two dont qualified to be a doctor or a nurse, thank you stupid.

    Im so disappointed at the receptionist. Very rude… Went to ask how i should i take an appointment to meet dr mashavu. Idk what she was saying and left went outside kupiga stories

    Pathetic service. Unprofessional doctors, Mashavu lacks time management, does not regard patient's health or time. She is on her phone or dozes off during sessions. Not a reliable hospital.

    one of the worst experiences I have ever had, the nurses and support staff are inexperienced and overworked, the doctors don't seem to be really dialled in. my son was so sick. I am appalled by there services

👍 great hospital. very affordable I can say and also supports NHIF insurance services. They have high tech. equipment and very clean environment. it is on city center so traffic is heavy especially on peak hours all access roads are filled with vehicles
