The environment is refreshing and inviting. I like that there is enough and secure parking space inside and the staff and chef are very welcoming. My favourite item from their menu was baklava and their Adana kebap is flavourful. Recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a different environment for eating.

Tried the chicken shawrma with masala chips. It was very good. It goes so well with fresh juice. During day time it’s quiet and relaxed for lunch. The server was quick and helped us chose a good dish. There is clean toilets nearby and price is reasonable. They serve the food pretty fast, in case you are hungry ;) they also do free delivery in Upanga area. Would go back again!

I really liked this place. Went there with my friend and we had a blast. The food was tasty, the servers were super polite and the environment was just clean and beautiful. About the food, we had a mixed kebab platter and it was so good, but also affordable. Actually, their entire menu is just fair and affordable. We drank their lemon mojitos and they tasted like paradise. Will come again in the future, turkish food is good food!

A good spot for some quick Turkish bites and Turkish tea. It's also owned by a Turk. They have Kebap platters, Adana Kebap, Shawarma, Burger, Sütlaç, Ayran, Turkish Tea among their specialities. They have started serving delicious Baklava as well!

Poor customet service,I went there had a seat and stayed for like 10 minutes while the waitress was just sitting busy with her phone.Mixed platter was fine though I have a feeling they gave us left over fries as i took take away. Turkish tea was superb though. For these reasons i will give them three stars

We waited 60 mins after order some masala chips, shawarma, mixed platter and two pizzas. For drinks took probably 30 mins to bring us Coca Cola, water and mango orange juice. There’s not enough staff to serve us as we had no choice but went along the kitchen by ourselves to get the drinks and almost 4 times checking if our foods were ready. The food was not tasty as we could felt they were all cooked in hurry and rush, very below average level. We knew how the real Turkish food taste like and it’s not like the only chef couldn’t prepare well. We do not like the service hospitality and we do not enjoy the dinner at all. We are in group of 11 friends and family. Chef and owner came to us final when we asked for the bill since it’s obvious we couldn’t enjoy. He explained he’s lack of staff and today was special condition but we did see the kitchen was preparing take away order. It’s not reasonable to make the in-house 11 guests to wait for 60 mins for food especially chips/ shawarma ?? We wouldn’t recommend to any one who’s starving for food. Only for those who have sufficient time to be a patient guest. The chips tasted very sloppy same as the shawarma and pizza. However a fair comment that I believed they could do better than what we had tonight.

I’ve been here twice now,the best Turkish food in Town and I do travel a bit so can compare it with others. my visit at the Kervan Restaurant is always late in the evenings but still food is delicious 🤤 and fresh for that time.I have given the chef 5 ⭐️ deservedly on his both performances.
