Getting
to
Brigitte's
is
quite
an
adventure.
The
road
was
OK
with
a
4x4,
although
it
may
be
more
challenging
in
the
rain
season.
But
once
you
arrive,
it's
breathtakingly
beautiful.
Hidden
in
the
greenery
and
facing
the
vast
sea.
This
place
is
absolutely
gorgeous,
private
and
intimate.
Our
kids
loved
swimming
in
the
pool
and
in
the
sea.
There
was
a
clear
marker
to
show
where
to
swim
safely.
The
beach
is
private
and
beautiful
with
clean
white
sands.
Matched
with
clear
blue
water.
We
got
to
watch
local
fishermen
catch
the
fish
of
the
day.
Walked
the
beach
in
privacy.
Saw
the
shipwreck.
Key
challenges:
1.
Food
preparation
was
extremely
slow
(over
2
hours).
When
it
finally
came,
it
was
not
warm.
It
was
likely
that
some
food
had
to
wait
for
others
to
be
prepared.
The
kids
were
not
wildly
enamoured
by
the
pizza.
2.
We
were
charged
tsh25,000
per
person
as
entrance
fee.
That
felt
harsh
considering
the
other
spend
we
did
within
the
place.
Overall,
because
of
that,
it
felt
a
bit
too
pricey.
