I have visited The Tribe several times, earlier could go there and have their regular nachos and soda with 6000 in your pocket. Oh the good days!!! At the moment their prices have almost doubled but not too bad considering their competitor Mexican restaurants around Masaki. My go to are their nachos, tacos, potato wedges and mihogo. Oh the photography inside is like a small exhibition with Masais in display! Beautiful Service is okay..

Trendy atmosphere with incredible service and attentiveness to making sure you have what you need. The food really hit the spot. Build your own burrito, burrito bowl, soft taco, or nachos. Comparable to a Chipotle or Qdoba in the States. They use corn chips so that was a real win for my gluten-free husband. Plus you can custom build around any allergies you might have. Reasonable prices and portions. We look forward to going back!

Good, calm & peaceful place, well maintained, have friendly staff! Food was good, great concept of selecting your items, drinks were amazing! Wouldn't say the best Mexican food in Dar. But definitely on top three! Giving a plus point cause of the ambience,location, food & drinks presentation.

Nice ambience and great tasting food. My burrito tasted really good, though it was a little messy to eat given that the foil wrapping was partially wrapped inside the burrito which made it fall apart a little each time I unwrapped it further. Overall, delicious food and really tasty drinks that are worth trying. Credit cards are accepted, though some staff are unfamiliar with taking payments this way. When I asked if I could pay by card, one worker simply picked up the machine and without entering any payment information, simply held the machine out toward me. I politely asked (already knowing the answer) whether she’d entered the bill amount yet, and fortunately another worker took over from here and was very competent and professional at taking card payments.

Located in masaki. Mexican food in affordable price. The taste of food is good and you can choose your own fillings for burritos. Would recommend the hibiscus tea also. Service needs to be improved. We ordered our drinks and the server said she was preparing it. By the time we finished eating our burritos, another customer showed up and she just got busy with that customer instead of serving the one who came first and ordered first. In the meantime, we kept reminding her about the drink. So they took order for two drinks and only one was served and it was only 12 pm with no crowds. They just completely forgot to serve the drink and we had no choice but to leave after 40 minutes. if service is improved, the place will attract more customers. Right now the servers are not well trained.

Opposite of target supermarket,is easy to find. Classic taco and burrito,cheap and only sale Tsh15,000.They also have coffee and smoothies.I tried tacos which are tasted sour.Am not sure if the ingredients are spoilt.

A well thought out place for Nachos, Burrito and Tacos fans. You can create your Burritos or Tacos with a fusion of Mexican and local ingredients, a wide variety of salsas, guacamole and cheese sauce. Friendly and professional staff, great service and good location. They also offer a good variety of freshly made juices and hot drinks. Loved the food on my last visit. Pending visits to try other items in the menu.

The food and the service has been extremely great thus far. I have a soft spot for them 3 taco set. The coffee is also bomba😍

It's basically the Chipotle's of Dar es Salaam. Quick to order and the wait staff is super friendly. The only thing that this place was missing, is the guests and size - given the tasty food and the amazing juices. If you're looking for fresh and good food, I'd recommend coming here.

We received personalized service all along. There was a wide variety of Mexican food. The food tasted brilliant and fresh on every bite. The portions were beyond large.

Had I of known months ago that Dar had a Chipotle like restaurant, I would have been in trouble. The restaurant is considered Tanz-Mex. My husband and I had burritos. I had paneer tika with yogurt sauce, beans, fajita veggies, guac, pico, lettuce, and an herb mix. Delicious! My husband had a mix of steak and sweet and sour chicken. I also had the Cleanse juice (apple, lemon, and ginger) and he had the Immune Booster, I believe, with carrots, apple, and ginger. We shared the tres leches which was just ok. The food was great!
