Kiliholidays tour is the perfect agency if you want to discover the real Tanzanian hospitality. We meet our driver, Thomas, at the airport, at 0:00 am, so, really late, we were really tired so after 45 minutes drive, we arrived at our hotel (included in the tour price). It was comfortable, with hot shower and morning breakfast. At 8:30 we meet Thomas again and our new friend Daniel, our "stomach engineer". Thanks to Thomas we meet all the Big 5 and a lot of animals in the serengeti, in Ngorongoro and in all the others games reserve that we visited. We also joined a cultural tour with the Hadzabe tribe, we went hunting with bow and arrow with our translator, Tom, that translate from Hadza to English ( Hadza is a language use in that tribe, where people use to clap theyr tongue in order to communicate). After this last adventure we come back to Arusha and in our hotel. All the safari was by camp site. The camps are safe and really clean, even if they are pubblic. Kiliholidays, but also the other company, respect the tourist and, above all, the enviromet and the animals. I just want to say thank you to Thomas and Daniel, that allowed us to discover Tanzania, and furthermore we discovered 2 beautifull people really professional and funny. I hope to see them again in my life

The best of the best, super professional, attentive, we couldn't be happier with the attention we received on our first safari in Nyerere National Park, Eric the guide, a wonderful person who made us enjoy this experience to the fullest. We will definitely return, our 8 and 10 year old children have really enjoyed it and we will return with them!!! They make very good job! Communications is very fast they reply to my emails immediately. They promised and do 100% from our plan for 6 days and also do more free! They use best tented Lodge in Serengeti Center in the park not like another company's outside if you takes outside you lose time to go inside.also another hotels is very good food is excellent have Books with birds animals and trees in the cars have binoculars for costumers radio connection With rangers radio and Thomas listen an if have Lions ,Cheetahs, Leopards and Rhino we can go immediately have open roofs in our Land Rover car have also space for luggage we have 9 bags,and is very comfortable for this type of tours. Also we see many animals and migration extra because Thomas drive in other routes which is not included in tour in others company. Again thanks for your good Job Mack, and best smart Guide Thomas and will use your company again for Rua national park. And i will make this safari again with my daughter and another friends.

The safari was incredible! 4 days through the very best places in Tanzania-Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro crater. The visit is in reality exceptionally modest and worth the cash. Edward was the best guide! Genuine expert, interesting, and exceptionally accommodating. Food was additionally incredible cook made the local food test extremely solid

We had an excellent safari. The organization was perfect, Mack was able to meet all our expectations. Our guide Edwards was excellent, he knows all the parks by heart, we wonder how he can find his way in the immensity of the Serengeti. It was our first Safari and was wonderfull. Special thanks to our driver/guide Edward and Daniel the cook. We made 3 nights 4 days, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. I wish we had more days of holidays. Edward was amazing, in discovering the animals, we saw cheetah hunting a gazela. It was very good driver and safe driver. Our tents were big enough for us. Food was good and we gain extra kilo. We saw so many animais and have so much fun. Kiliholidays pick us in Arusha and drop in Kilimanjaro airport. Everything according to plan. We where 2 familys, 4 adults and 2 children.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!! If you want to have a nice holiday in Tanzania then DO NOT book with this company and the crook of a manager Mack Kornelio or "Mark" who runs it. He completely ruined our safari when we were dropped at an abandoned building to spend the night in INSTEAD of the accommodation we had in our plan and paid for already. He didn't answer his phone after we and the driver called several times and when we finally reached him he was completely disrespectful and rude downright yelling and screaming at us to stop complaining because we were not at the accommodation originally planned. Not only was the building we were forced to spend the night in abandoned but not even 1 other guest or even worker was there and there was NO phone service at all so we were completely unsafe and left in a dirty shack of a building all alone. The tour guide and driver he provided for our private tour was also horrible as he was completely lazy, provided minimal and false information throughout the whole 5 day safari. The guide whose name was Godson spent the majority of his time driving us with 1 hand on the steering wheel and 1 hand texting the entire time. He barely gave any information about the animals and Serengeti and was also rude. He purposely drove us in small circles around the camp for days as he was too lazy to drive further and always dropped us back at camp early. These are just a few of the many horrible things that this company and especially the horrible owner Mack did to ruin what was supposed to be an enjoyable holiday for my husband and I. I am providing this feedback so hopefully I can help to make sure other tourists don't make the same mistake we did and book with this terrible company, trust me what you agree prior to the safari IS NOT what you will get.

I had a wonderful safari experience in October 2022 with guide Edward and cook Daniel. Edward was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the animals. He had a great eye for spotting animals even when they were far away or camouflaged which meant we were able to see the big 5 easily. Edward was always happy and willing to answer any of our questions and even showed us around a local market one day after the safari which was a great experience. Daniel provided really delicious food each day and is an excellent cook. You definitely won't go hungry if Daniel is on your trip! A big thanks to both as they made the trip even better than we were expecting.

I chose this company because it was the one that offered me the best cost-effective safari and adapted it to the way I wanted. The attentiveness in responding quickly to my questions via email also made all the difference. It was memorable! Tanzania's parks are wonderful! Our guide was very instructive and also very attentive, especially when my daughter felt sick at the beginning of the safari (nausea due to the car rocking). We had an issue with the car, which was a little old, but it was quickly resolved by our guide Abraham. We loved the safari and would choose the same company if we ever go back!

Thanks Kiliholidays Team for such a great experience. Guide and porters on the trip were great. By far the best thing was the equipment they provided. Everyone on the mountain was asking us who we went with because our set up was so much better than theirs. We used them for a charity climb we did and it couldn't have worked out any better since they post pictures as you're climbing to their Facebook and website. Kiliholidays were very responsive to any emails and requests sent in the process of booking and on arrival were helpful with last minute changes. All of their equipment was in excellent condition and the food well exceeded our expectation. I suffered from Altitude sickness from day4 but with the help of our head guide Ernest Mrema and assistant guide Jo I managed to summit. Without their help and support from the fantastic porters I would never have made it. By the last night I thought I was probably going to have to descend as I had got quite ill but by 11pm was feeling well enough to start the final climb, Kiliholidays took an extra 2 porters with us so that if I had to turn back the others could carry on without me. We reached the summit together but I had got very sick by that point. Two of the summit team literally carried me down to Kibo hut from where I was stretchered down to Horombo Hut. In my opinion Kiliholidays are excellent local operators and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Excellent 7 day Machame route with Kiliholidays. We completed the 7 day machame route with Kiliholidays Tours. Well organized and professional services. Our guides and porters were knowledgeable, helpful, and wonderful to hike with for 7 days. The food was delicious and the tent camps were very comfortable. We were led by guide, Barnabas and assistant guide Fred. The whole team was great to work with from booking and answering questions and last minute requests. All of the wonderful porters who were part of Barnabas team. They did their absolute best to make it wonderful and unforgettable experience. A couple of things in particular that I would like to highlight. The cook for our trip (frank) was amazing. He made meals that kept us going and were as good as almost anything I had in the one prior week I had been in Africa- Tanzania. His soups in particular were great and kept us warm. I really appreciated the approach to tipping employed by Kiliholidays as well. We were told up front that at the end of our trek we would be able to give our tips directly via sealed envelopes given to each member of the team, which we did. It was nice to be able to hand each man their tip directly as I had heard that sometimes the porters don't receive all of their tips when they are given to the company directly. These guys worked incredibly hard and deserve every penny. Finally, Barnabas and Fred did a great job getting us to Uhuru peak. The night of our summit attempt it was snowing, quite cold, and there was already enough snow in places for me to sink up nearly to my waist. The group of 17 behind us only had 7 make the peak. But by carefully picking our departure time, route, and giving us clear instructions we made it just at sunrise and it was spectacular. Thanks to Mack for his great advice on route selection. I would not only recommend Kiliholidays for the professionalism of the office staff and operations manager but also by the clearly passionate, caring, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful guides, cook and porters. We could tell they enjoyed working together and they were singing to keep up our spirits.
