This hospital provides worst service. My mother had having Asthma problem .They admitted it in ICU for 5 days and then shifted to Recovery ward bed no 2 which is completely irrelevant to shift to. For 7 days they charges 85 thousands aprox excluding medicine which separely cost aprox 32 thousands. They are completely money minded .They provide worst service even though we spent so lump sum amount.Lift petson was very rude .If you ask any information to even supervisor ,billing counter They just try to escape and given irrelevant answer.Even ICU attending doctors dont have proper information about patient. We are new to this city and admiited my mother thinking being a private hospital will have good a d quality treatment and service.

This is the worst hospital. They really don't care about patients. They are not responsible towards the patient's recovery. If their staff is not able to handle patient then they should ask family member to sit with patient by wearing ppe kit.. They should fire all their incapable staff. I have lost my nana ji and nani ji in this hospital. I am quite sure, that they didn't take care of my nani ji well because her condition was not serious, she was quite okay but still we lost her.
