Good hotel at darbhanga tower.

Ridiculous is the word , don't go even they offer free stay . They have stinky rooms , corridor no toiletries in room , stinky room and poor cleanliness of room too . I am being very polite while writting this post. Worst hotel i have ever visited and indeed worst in Darbhanga

The point you enter in the hotel, you will meet the most 🥹arrogant person chewing Gutkha to welcome you in the hotel😜. The category staff is so nice and truthful that tells you clearly not to use😂 lift as there are many power cuts🙈. Once you enter rooms you will find dirty bedsheets and towels. Used soap lying barely on the fish tray. The room service guy comes with his red mouth full of tobacco and asks if you have checked the menu. If not it is lying on that table😂. It is all like, I am facing lockdown. The worst part, they do not refund your money. So beware of you dare to stay there even after reading my entire experience.

Good place to stay in main Darbhanga city. Both ac and non AC room are available here. Well connected and located on Tower chowk that is also called Hasan chowk.

lo ation is good but approach road is always jammed with vehicles parked on road. hotel staff is courteous. food is decent and service is good value for money. wish they had optiona like seasonal sabji and ghar jaisi subji on menu ao that guests can avoid spicy n oily food and have regular meala kn longer stays.

The room service takes alot of time and a staff named ‘Sanjay’ was so rude to me . I once asked him to change the pillow cover and he just threw it away and was shouting at me and talked at a high voice , such a shameful guy . Removing this problem aside , the other waiters are good but some parts of the wall very ripped off . But overall , the hotel is good and the location is perfect

Worst experience with the hotel regarding food,stuff behaviour and most importantly his owner cum MD reply for any queries Thay have ask for advanced payment for cheating and after that just playing with his customer. Avoid to use or stay at this hotel.

Request you not to visit ever to this hotel sorry it can't be called hotel its lodge and they will charge you more than 3star hotel and worst management before entering to room you have to pay them and it was my first experience come to know before staying you to pay in advance! Room was totally uncleaned, linens, washroom was in worst condition and if you have your own vehicle you can entered in the area its located final suggestion never go for it better to travel from there to nearby city if no option in Darbhanga.

The managers were very polite and humble, ready to help you, and the staffs were also cooperative and fine. The room Service was also fine and good. The rooms had a good ambience.

Room hygeine not maintained. Ordered Chicken biryani for dinner but the taste was so bad that now i will never eat chicken biryani.

The manager there he thinks that he is God and what he says will happen, neither does he have the manners to speak, nor does he have the discipline, nor does he have the manners to talk to customers, I do not understand why he keeps him at the reception, worst hotel, never recommend to anyone.

Good room for stay 2or a,3days,at low budget

Room is spacious, Service is good, Hassle free check in, prime location.

Never visit this hotel again please because room is not so clean for that amount of money which they are taking blanket not clean food is so spicy with very less amount of salt and tv is not running even after repairing it. Price is very bad for this type of experience and every single thing is too small. Tea was only good here and if bed is very small and you will request them to add a single person bed they will charge you 1000 rs extra for this. Very bad experience 🤢🤢🤢..

The bed was dirty, insisting us to use that dirty bed sheet and cover of blanket and pillow. Even in delux room there is lack of air ventilation.

One of the worst hotel in Darbhanga. It wasn't clean at all. Everything was dirty and smelling very bad. Even received thick , torn and used blanket instead of good and clean comforter. Such a hotel in which there is no handwash, soap, comb or any other things.

Very nice to be here.what a plesent atmosphere here. The parking is an issue to be here. Although it is old but the amenities are very well.Hope in coming days it will improve more. The management staff are very co-operative and hope that in coming days they will be trained.
