Prasad Poly Clinic one of the best nursing homes/hospitals to visit in Darbhanga for your health related issues. Great hospital, my dad was admitted to ICU due to covid. His oxygen saturation was dropping and had complications due to diabetes. He got really good treatment under Dr. Utsav and is doing fine now. I recently visted Prasad Poly Clinic for my daughter's vaccination. It was a good experience as a first timer. Dr Utsav is a good paediatrician. He is understanding and listens to your concerns, also takes time to explain things. +1 for cleanliness for clinic. I highly recommend this clinic.

There is a gathering of people with very poor mentality here. Most of the staff do not even know how to speak, keep talking like illiterate people, have low linguistic level, are busy trying to earn money from the side, keep asking for money like beggars. When I went here, I was given a semi-deluxe room number 115 on the first floor, the charge was ₹ 1250 per day, which was full of dirt. They said they would clean it now, but despite being told 24 times in 24 hours, it was not cleaned. There were mosquitoes even during the day. Being troubled by mosquitoes, he spent his days burning incense sticks to repel mosquitoes. Normal delivery charge is ₹ 12500. Apart from this, the medicine shopkeeper and two female staff said that during the delivery, medicine worth ₹ 8000 was put inside and money was also taken. No one gives a firm bill for anything. The doctor came once in the morning for less than a minute and then there was no news. There is a very insensitive system here, the compounder and the medicine shopkeeper also prescribe medicines on plain paper in the doctor's absence. Whatever medicines are prescribed, they are available only in those shops where MRP is available, in which mostly generics are available at low cost.
