My first experience was definitely good, however the second time it turned to the worst. Even after purchasing the first time, service was extremely bad, the staff were impatient and said we can't show you the whole shop even if you are buying as we don't have time. Haven't ever faced such an experience in a high ticket item shop like jewellers. Extremely disappointed.

Worst place to buy any jewellery. Staffs are very rude specially ladies staff. Not recommended at all.

They are doing hera pheri in rates of gold .they are saying 4800 /gm of 22carat.but 4572/gm was rate in reliance jewel same day.which is located opposite of dagru sath.

Very unprofessional sales representative. They don't want to show products. You will have to convince and demand them to show more varieties. May be they judge customers by their appearance. Specific to the silver section, they charge more than 15% in the name of making charges. Very unprofessional team.

They have very cheerful and friendly captains who are at your service. Good ambience, fully sanitized environment. They guide you through your shopping needs and helpful in meeting your every requirements. They have good collection still they need to work on collection oy golds. I went with my mom and sister for shopping, we were greeted very warmly and captains helps throughout the shopping process and it's such a relief. However, my mother felt that they need to improve their gold collection.
