Beautiful location. Wonderful locations. My car broke down here. Hook & Book towing was on the spot within minutes , Josh the owner was absolutely a joy and caring soul. I was at All Pro Automotive before I knew it. Rick the owner was also very helpful. Arrange a discounted room at the local redroof while I waited for the part to come in.

Very quaint and historical looking. Very small. You can walk it in 5 minutes. Not a lot of commercial shops. Only an half day trip unless you see Fort King George or the plantation between Brunswick and Darien.

Beautiful waterfront. Great for watching birds and the boats and fishing. Cute little town to spend time in.

I come here to breathe and get a peace of mind. It is always clean and the boats are just such beautiful masterpieces, afloat. 🥰 I'm gonna miss this place.

Beautiful place,awesome sunrise and sunsets

On the first weekend of April there is a festival called the blessing of the fleet where everyone gets together and has a great time with rides food and alot of cool stuff you can buy things like rings cool candles and much more. The scenery is also beautiful and breathtaking.

Sadly Darien lost its charm and appeal when they allowed ugly condos to be built on the waterfront. Far out of the reach of the average residents. Sold out for greed.

I've been visiting this place because of family roots for years. One of my favorite places to visit in the whole world.

I grow up as a commercial shrimper from Brunswick Georgia I worked out of Darien and Brunswick most of my life but during waterfront is surrounded by boom seafood Thompson seafood Skipper's restaurant dairy and hardware all family very good people do a lot of business with the whether we're working for them or not out standinf sites

Neat little park with ample parking, a boardwalk, multiple restaurants nearby, and the city docks. It is well maintained and well lit at night.

We sat on a bench & enjoyed a wonderful shrimp basket & watched the tide come in.

Nice spot. Good escape for lunch
