I
went
to
stay
at
this
property
for
2
nights.
The
room
was
good
for
the
price
paid
so
was
the
restaurant
food.
What
irritated
me
was
the
service
and
the
transparency
of
the
information.
I
had
2
unpleasant
experiences-
1.
I
had
called
in
the
reservation
team
to
make
a
booking
they
had
to
get
back
to
me
with
the
quote
entire
7
hours
passed
I
didn’t
get
a
call
back
message
or
email
and
when
I
called
them
back
they
said
sorry
ma’am
reservation
people
left
we
can’t
do
anything.
2.
None
of
the
front
desk
members
know
what
are
they
talking
about.
One
person
is
sharing
some
other
information
while
the
other
one
is
sharing
something
other.
Plus
the
construction
work
there
added
more
to
my
inconvenience
