Great place the food was lovely and the staff where really friendly.

Had a lovely meal. Staff were very helpfull,polite and happy to help. Would definitely recomend to friends. Cant wait to visit again.

Dirty cutlery and the bucket it came in had rubbish in and was filthy. My waffles were meant to come with vanilla yoghurt, but instead, they sent out Greek yoghurt instead without telling me. The rubbish on the tray was out of the caddy

First visit here. Cracking pub with great staff which always helps. Food really goo, I had the steak and ale pie which was superb. Then I ordered the candy mania dessert cos I'm a fiend for ice cream. Couldn't believe the size of it. I didn't see it's intended for four people. Gave it my best. Will certainly go back. My second visit and the food was even better than first time. Well priced and delicious. What more can you ask? Will be going back as my mate lives in Willenhall.

Started. Meal before photos,really hungry! All enjoyed, decent portions and cooked well. Nice atmosphere and service quick and pleasant. One criticism was although it was palatable it needed to be a little hotter. But will definitely try again.

We haven't been there in ages don't know why. But we had a very nice meal see photos. Quick bar service & very quick getting our meal. I would recommend this place

Visited yesterday for a 40th birthday there was 3 adults and a toddler. They were amazing and so accommodating. Food was great

First time eating here, I asked for my steak to be medium to rare when I cut it, it was extremely well done it was tough as nails and tasted like it had been cooked left over night and reheated smelt a bit like a meaty dog treat. Food was also missing off a friends plate too. If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely will not be returning.

3 stars for the food being delicious, no stars for the service. Bar staff were really nice but waiters were misserable and rushing around like headless chickens when it wasn't really that busy. Had to eat pudding round dirty plates they just kept looking at when walking past, seemed like they just couldn't be bothered to clear anything from any tables at all.

This was Christmas Dinner paid a lot for 3 course meals for me and my kids and this is what they bring out as a main meal they did have a bowl of carrots, brocoli and sprouts which didn't taste very nice also the stuffing was burnt the turkey was very dry very disappointed

This place has been up and down over the years. I've given both great and bad reviews. Sadly, they are in a down period. We've done a few parties here the past several months. Always giving them the benefit of the doubt. But the past several months, the staff have been miserable. Including the manager or owner whoever he is who was extremely nasty with my wife at one point over a mistake they admitted they made but refused to correct(this was at Christmas for a company party. Other issues have come since.) The food is really hit or miss lately. Only giving this a 2 instead of a 1 because you do occasionally get decent food. Not sure if or when we will be back. It has improved in the past. Hoping it will again. But as for now, there are better options in the area.

This place has been a godsend for myself and my son through the 6nweeks the breakfast kids eat free is amazing. Staff are friendly and cant do enough, lovely breakfast. Also been and do different offers 2 for £9.95 also really. I visit here often, usually with a few of my work colleagues. The atmosphere is always good. The staff are usually very quick and attentive, unless short staffed or the restaurant is full. Then they are litterally rushed off their feet. The food is delicious and there is a lot of it for the price, which in this cost of living crisis is amazing. Although I rarely have to pay because My Ian provides well for Me and my friends!

A group of 8 visited for lunch. All food and drinks were excellent. Good standard, fish was the best we had ever tasted, batter crisp and not too greasy. Excellent service from waitress and asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything else.

Attended here last night. Drinks were not great came out flat and tasted horrible. One of my family members ordered a guiness and it smelt funny and the glass was dirty. We wanted to order shots and got told we could not order as they had no shot glasses. I pre booked a table when we were seated the table smelt like chip fat and had green bits of food stuck to the table. I usually always come to hungry horse but after a couple of drinks some of my family members are not feeling the best. The service was not great either.

Popped in on a cold Wednesday afternoon and had Classic battered fish and chips. Batter was light which is a plus, was cod, and delicious. Coleslaw and onion rings (side orders were a plus too). Jake M. at the bar was so helpful. Thank you. 😊

Service was slow and unprofessional, the waitress was plan rude in throwing my kids ice cream on the table, oddly she was keen to look at my phone instead of actual service. Service was lacking, had to get the attention of the workers all the time. The burger meal ordered was burnt and dry. The guy seating us seemed 1 minute stressed out the other minute nonchalant. The most bizarre service experienced. I don't know why the staff are in this line of work when they dont care. Best to go elsewhere. Oh and the culturey was thrown at us.

Went for the Friday bogof deals on burgers, told no burgers available, ordered chicken sandwich and mixed grill, waited 40mins, not worth the wait at all, onion rings soggy, chicken sandwich made with old Lettuce, no onions, chicken over done. Mixed grill had smallest steak I've ever seen, only part of it that was decent was the peas.

We visited Keymaster as a family of 6. Three generations and the pub suited us all. Although it was a Bank Holiday and the pub was busy we were accomadated quickly. The food was good and the staff were nice. We would definitely visit again. Nice clean well presented family pub.

Great experience at the Keymaster yesterday, large workload taken on by few staff, handled really well especially FOH Molly on bar who was very friendly and helpful to us with her knowledge on the menus to help us decide our food and drinks selections. Fast delivery by her also with app ordered drinks. Will be returning from my amazing experience Molly 😁

Not been in here for quite a long time, but passing by, thought we'd call in and check it out again. A large place, clean and well set out. We decided as it was lunch time we might as well partake. Staff were friendly, beer was kept in a good condition and food was excellent! Good quality and enough to satisfy our appetites. Was well worth calling in. Well done to all, front of house and behind the scenes.😊

Food was fairly good, however, the wait to be served at the bar was too long. My nephew's girlfriend waited over ten minutes to be seen only for the barman to serve some other customers who walked up afterwards when she was the only one waiting at the time so she was clearly visible.

Food came out really quick, the nachos were amazing!! Plus the steak was honestly the best steak I’ve ever had. It was amazing, they apologised for the wait but there wasn’t one!! Loved everything

Went to the keymaster for lunch as we usually do on a Sunday.Not that busy but had to wait a long time for food. normally it's not long before you get your meal.the beef dinner was not up to its usual standard . The first piece of meat was Grissel the rest of it was fatty.the meal was not very warm with little gravy.Felt sick when we came out.Not up to its normal standard very disappointed.

Hungry horse pub, lovely decorated for Christmas 🎄 Food was great but was delayed, waited quite a while for the food to come out which was understandable I suppose as it was busy as it was a Sunday night. Was kid friendly, ensure you have £1 coins for the machines handy to keep them occupied for 5 mins 😅 or get a table with a tv in the booth 😅, there were tvs showing the footie dotted around too so entertainment for the adults while you wait too !

Had a bad experience a few weeks back which was resolved by management. Although it took a little while to investigate the issues raised, they did so well and offered a voucher for us to return. Never had such a sincere response to a customer complaint and it seems they really cared about the points raised and our experience. Returned yesterday and wow, what a transformation. Staff attentive, happy, place was spotlessly clean, food very nice. Back to what it was before. Thank you. Very happy customers 😁

Chris and the team were really friendly and welcoming. The food was generally really good, wasn’t a fan of the onion bhajis on my curry but that’s more of a personal preference. Overall a lovely experience and my 1yr old gives the mac and cheese 5 stars 😂

Excellent breakfast menu something for everyone.. only critique would be to have an extra pot of syrup for the cornflake chicken crown other than that it was very nice and VERY filling for two people to share! Very friendly and efficient staff would highly recommend!

Enjoyed great food here tonight. Excellent value, very well cooked and presented and even though the staff were all working very hard they were all so polite and friendly. We would certainly recommend and look forward to going back soon

Visited here for breakfast and won’t be coming again. Portions were far from generous as signposted on the door as you walk in and also charged incorrectly for replacing bacon with an extra sausage. Also cutlery was dirty as someone mentioned in previous review. Shame really as quality of food wasn’t bad but for £17.25 for 2 normal breakfasts and soft drinks I expected more. Sorry about the review but truth has to be told

Lovely food. 9 of us came in and cannot fault the food or service, all hot and fresh! Will definitely return
