Signed a leasing contract for a new Range Rover here in July 2021, was told the delivery time would be ~8 months. In March 2022 they e-mailed me to tell me that they are not able to produce the car per my ordered configuration, as Range Rover decided to discontinue the engine I selected. 8 no the after I placed the order. And did not offer any suitable alternative other than placing another order and again waiting for an unknown number of months/years to receive it. Never again.

My 1st Land Rover Evoque R Dynamic SE, Emil Frey Land Rover has a fantastic setup everything is new its such a shame that covid restrictions has spoil your experience of this well designed showroom (I love going round beautiful cars & felt I should not sit in the new defender because of covid not fair on next customer) . BUT even with covid Luke Sander the sales person communication was perfect, not to pushy just the right level, it was a pleasant experience from start to finish which is not common when you buy a car, carry on the great work....
