Absolutely bad service. Not serving any food since they don't have enough and not allowing any food from outside for kids even though they cannot serve. --Edit, post reply from Robert after my review. The bowling event was for kids with birthday party. We were told while reserving that we could get food from menu if we need it. No mention that the bowling was overbooked and food could not be served. When the kids were hungry during bowling, we asked if they could take an order or allow us to get food. Allowing to get food, does not mean eating in. Could the service manager have looked at the possibility of providing concessions for time pauses on the clock on bowling? Inform customers organizing parties to look at other options / days, since they were overbooked and allow for cancelling or rescheduling? In short a lack of imagination and customer service. The dude started to be racist and tell us this is how it happens in his country without even realizing that one other colleague who was requesting was a German citizen though looking like a different nationality? Why because we look different? Why even bring the topic of country, race etc in the conversation? Limit it to the discussion of service and available options and leave it there. The police came upon the managers calling and the guilt trip that he had after we told him to stop the racist comments. The police later told us that they were sorry for the comments and the manager (owner?) should have known better. It's ridiculous that a customer service instead of handling a complaint was taken up on the backfoot for the comments. PS: its not rocket science to inform customers upfront on the over bookings if it was the case. Promising food at the restaurant and then denying it without any options is bad customer service. We were paying customers even if from a different country and not free loaders to get such service PPS: I will not indulge the manager in his guilt trip of blurting out racist comments during discussions. If you cannot handle customer complaints, then it's up to him, his organization and the community he serves. It's a shame that the police had to come, understand the situation and apologize to us.

Very clean and modern. A huge plus: smoke free environment. You can finally go bowling without smelling like an ashtray afterwards.

Great club music played by a DJ, along with smoke machines and lasers, make it my favourite pool/bowling place so far. Except for the two I just mentioned, the place also offers table football and darts. They do quite a big selection of drinks as well as snacks and food!

Didn't try any bowling, pool or table football but had some drink only. Some techno/electro sort of music was on, quite good atmosphere. When I get the chance next time, I'll swing by and spend more time. Worth visiting as I guess there is not much place around unless you go to center.

Miscommunication and unorganized staff ruined the evening. Made reservations a month in prior, not a single proper explanation about how long we can play, where we can dine! Reservation was for 6-9pm No cake allowed during game but food okay? Another one said we can but it was too late and we have to cut cake at the restaurant. Food came very slow. Took an hour for fries??? Staffs were unorganized and slow. No one came to check our tables. Very poor service and unprofessional!

Very active and interesting place to hangout with friends. Prices are reasonable.

At the moment, it's the best alley that is around the Frankfurt area. The staff is very friendly and professional, the lanes are top quality. The Pro shop personnel know mostly everything there is to know about bowling. When it comes to presenting information about Tournaments or parties, Mr. Christoph Roy is very generous about rendering the facts in two different languages. Also when a tournament is in process they also have hotel accommodations in which you are able to reach, in walking distance. Unbelievable.

Best place to dine and have fun Bowling also for huge groups

Great tracks, generally nice location. Friendly staff. The food was absolutely ok and the price was also ok. The music was a bit loud, but the young kids will definitely see it differently. All in all really good and we'll be back.

Cool place for weekend fun or just after work relax session, food and drinks are nice, service could be a bit faster but all in all nice place to visit.

Lanes are very well maintained. Tarnish is a bit dull. Staff friendly and nice.

Staff could be certainly better. A little pricey for it's location and services. Otherwise quite fun to watch even professional players practicing.

The bowling alleys in this hall are of good quality, but the food is disappointing. The nachos for €5 only offer a small portion with not enough sauce, and the chicken sticks are also served in very small portions. It is best for groups to order two portions straight away, although this unfortunately results in a rather high price.

Nice location

It's so great there I often celebrate party's in the disco time or go there with my class, family or friends there is great music a little restaurant, snake, dart, tablefootball and it's lots off fun there. The bathroom is super clean and I love this place.

This place is a great stop-by for people who enjoy bowling and pool. The staff is helpful , kind and thoroughly attends every customer, no matter the rush. Great management.

A bit strange place, difficult to play bowling because of the Lazer lights and fog, music is ok, food is good. Our line was constantly broken, so we couldn't play normally.

Really like this place, the food and drinks selection is quite big although a little big pricey, but one game is really cheap. Overall nice place, I would recommend it.
