Incredible
experience.
The
old
man
who
died
on
November
24th
In
the
evening,
shortly
before
closing
time,
the
person
standing
there
behind
the
counter
should
ideally
neither
work
in
service
nor
have
anything
to
do
with
people.
When
three
young
girls
are
threatened
in
the
harshest
tone
because
they
dare
to
pick
up
their
already
paid
(!)
Too
Good
To
Go
orders...
ugh.
According
to
this
employee,
“organic
food
this
good”
probably
shouldn’t
be
sold
“so
cheaply.”
He
was
upset
about
this
for
a
good
half
hour.
Sorry,
but
the
customer
can't
do
anything
about
it
and
it's
definitely
not
their
problem.
Paid
is
paid
and
refusing
to
hand
over
the
goods
for
flimsy
personal
reasons
is
completely
wrong.
As
if
that
wasn't
enough,
a
girl
was
asked
if
she
didn't
know
German
because
she
spoke
with
a
slight
accent.
I
have
never
experienced
anything
like
this
and
I
hope
management
will
take
care
of
it.
Even
the
staff
in
the
surrounding
shops,
who
heard
everything
the
man
was
shouting,
were
completely
shocked.
Not
a
good
look
for
the
chain,
which
apparently
wants
to
present
itself
as
exclusive
and
“chic”.
Such
personnel
should
not
be
tolerated.
