we
have
ordered
two
different
products
and
soon
after
that
we
received
per
e-mail
the
information
about
the
shipment
and
an
e-mail

Bestellung
K20006-R2676134«)
with
statement:

an
Sie
versendet«
with
the
reference
on
both
of
products.
After
a
week
we
received
the
shipment,
but
ther
was
only
one
product
and
no
information
about
the
other
(it
was
clear
from
the
shipment
datas
»Piece
1/1«,
that
there
was
only
one
product
out
of
two
in
the
shipment).
We
tried
immediately
to
reach
the
call
center
but
it
was
impossible
(no
one
was
responding)
so
we
sent
an
email
and
16.6.2022
we
received
an
automatic
answer
(Ticket
ID
1113013).
Till
now
(22.6.2022)
we
didn't
get
any
feedback
about
where
is
the
missing
product.
We
tried
to
call
several
times,
but
nobody
answers
the
calls.
On
the
web
site
there
is
still
the
information
about
the
availability
for
both
products

ist
auf
lager«
so
unaivalibility
should
not
be
the
reason
for
missing
product.
Can
you
please
send
us
an
information
how
to
withdraw
from
the
contract
and
get
our
money
back
(665
EUR
+
Mwst
+
shipping
expences)
given
that
obviously
we
will
not
receive
our
ordered
product?

received
any
extra
e-mail
from
shipping
company
(as
you
wrote
in
your
reply),
but
yesterday
the
missing
product
suddenly
arrived...
Probably
you
will
get
less
one-star
ratings
on
web
if
you
start
to
answer
in
time
on
the
e-mail
of
worried
customers
...
