On 10.6.2022 we have ordered two different products and soon after that we received per e-mail the information about the shipment and an e-mail (»Informationen zu ihrer Bestellung K20006-R2676134«) with statement: »Folgende Artikel wurden an Sie versendet« with the reference on both of products. After a week we received the shipment, but ther was only one product and no information about the other (it was clear from the shipment datas »Piece 1/1«, that there was only one product out of two in the shipment). We tried immediately to reach the call center but it was impossible (no one was responding) so we sent an email and 16.6.2022 we received an automatic answer (Ticket ID 1113013). Till now (22.6.2022) we didn't get any feedback about where is the missing product. We tried to call several times, but nobody answers the calls. On the web site there is still the information about the availability for both products »sofort, ist auf lager« so unaivalibility should not be the reason for missing product. Can you please send us an information how to withdraw from the contract and get our money back (665 EUR + Mwst + shipping expences) given that obviously we will not receive our ordered product? Thank you Well, we didn't received any extra e-mail from shipping company (as you wrote in your reply), but yesterday the missing product suddenly arrived... Probably you will get less one-star ratings on web if you start to answer in time on the e-mail of worried customers ... Regards

Never again! No customer Service! Delivery time +14 days for item IN stock! Now item is broken, but don't think it's worth the effort to contact them. (for 3 attempts via email and 2 by phone, I got 1 response with no help)

We ordered a cable (together with other ecoflow products) which has been delivered wrong 3 TIMES !!! .... Pictures, article numbers, endless communication with helpdesk....nothing seemed to help. Team that handles the stock in the warehouse is not very competent and doesn't seem to be able reading numbers correct. It's easy though...An article ending on number 3 should not be confused with 7, 8 or again 7 (yep...just reading the correct number should be put in the job description) :-(

I have ordered several times from Camping Wagner and the product selection is huge with a lot of items in stock that are shipped next day via DHL Packet and arrive to Romania with Cargus in about 5 days. Prices are good. Communications can be improved as it takes 3-4 days to answer a message. I have placed order number K20006-R2693550, with some items not in stock, and I am still waiting for delivery. It is a busy period and I am sure Camping Wagner is doing their outmost to ship it. Please introduce a loyality program for returning customers, similar to what Fritz Berger has :) Keep it up!

I have already placed a couple of orders. Nothing to complain regarding the order and delivery process. But the support is not that good. 1) They take a lot to answer. Even 3 or more days. If you don't have urgent things, this may not be that bad. 2) In my case I had a warranty issue (which happened on a CADAC grill, a few days after having bought it). They did try to help me, but only to act as intermediary between me and CADAC. Which based on 1), induced a lot of latency. E.g. now it's been 4 weeks since my initial complaint. I sent the grill 2 more than 2 weeks ago. And radio silence since then (including after my 2 or 3 reminders). They should have told me "please contact the manufacturer, because it'll be a lot faster than going through us". I think I will continue to buy from them. But in case of warranty issues, I'll try to contact the manufacturer directly. But I saw also similar dealers, with almost the same products and prices. They are to try also.
