Horrible experience. A hair stylist Kayla did not finish her job and told me to leave the salon with wet hair because my hair is thick and she didn’t have more time to blow dry it. And this is after a consultation that I had with her before my appointment. Moreover, the color came out much lighter than I wanted, with yellow tone. During more than three hours that I spent in this salon Kayla didn’t even offer a glass of water. When she washed my hair she pulled it even after I said that it was quite painful. After the consultation Kayla told me the total cost of service would be $250 but in fact I was told to pay $450. A manager of this salon didn’t show empathy and was acting unprofessionally telling me that even $50 is a big amount for the salon. She was not willing to waive any cost. I will never come back to this salon and will not recommend it.

I had a gel polish manicure recently at Spirit Spa. At first, the gel polish started to come off within a few hours after the service. However, a friendly staff of the salon has welcomed me to fix the issue and offered another gel polish manicure for free. I am happy with the result.

Patty is the best hairdresser l have ever had. I am leaving Nova Scotia and am very sad that l will no.longer be able to have her look after my hair. She is very talented and experienced and her haircuts last so well as they are so skilful. She is also such a nice lady. The salin itself is modem and stylish with large picture windows overlooking the Hydrostone. Thank you Patty for looking after me so well over the past three years. I recommend you and the salon unhesitatingly.

We had a fairly large group in for a bachelorette party. They weren't able to accommodate us all at the same time, but it wasn't a problem at all! They had a waiting area in the same room, with coffee, tea, brownies, etc. So we could still all be together.

Just spectacular - was ok vacation in Halifax and was able to get a last minute massage - which was on of the best massages I’ve ever had!

I just ordered a product online from Spirit Spa for the first time. What a warm welcome package! I was updated regularly, it shipped very quickly, was packaged beautifully and had an unexpected gift and attention to detail.

I’ve been to Spirit Spa three times for a massage and each time has been exemplary. Staff are extremely friendly and you always feel well-taken care of. Definitely a place to seek out when in need of some “me time”

I had the Super Sweet Skin Facial and BEWARE.. you will be so relaxed once's it over you might not be able to drive home ;). It certainly did not dissapoint! It included a head massage, back scrub, foot mask, arm and hand massage and was absolutely golorious and exactly what I needed as a new Mama. Michelle was warm, knowledgeable and professional and provided a fantastic experience. Will definitely be back again!! Also - how cute is the waiting area?!

Great experience all around! I was in for a a massage and pedicure this week and had an amazing spa experience! Alan was one of the most incredible massage therapists I have ever found! He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and even supported and listened to during our conversations. Incredible massage! Darlea was also amazing with the pedicure she was upbeat and professional and gave me exactly what I was looking for!

Had my hair cut by Leo. They understood my hair texture and behavior and explained step by step what their plan was and what was happening. I really felt in good hands & have been loving my hair for the first time in a long time.
