The instructors are marvelous. The kids love it here

Forcing children to say their names and pronouns before they even know what that means prior to a class without informing the parents that is going to be done and not letting parents watch but in fact locking them out of the building.

I am not active, strong, flexible, coordinated, or even balanced, and I am having the time of my LIFE here. Kyle is so encouraging and the entire atmosphere is incredibly supportive and sweet. If you're looking for a place where exercise feels like play and falling on your butt is funny rather than embarrassing, this is the perfect environment.

Such a lovely spot! The prices are totally fair, the instructors are super knowledgeable and attentive. You will leave every class feeling like you've progressed and that you have the tools to continue progressing (if you do your homework and put the work in). It's a great spot for adults and older kids to gain physical literacy, body awareness, and learn new skills in a safe way. Staff and students are a wonderful, close knit, community of playful active humans. As a side note, the gym space itself gets very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. So plan accordingly.

We had so much fun at our private trapeze & silks lesson today! Guinevere is a fantastic teacher. Highly recommended!

Mike has a true talent for working with and teaching kids. My son has been a patron for over two years and loves it. Something I can't say of many of his other activities!

Basically the best place in town to dangle upside down 20ft in the air. Also everyone there is pretty cool.
