My daughter lived in an apartment for years. This year the super did everything to force her to move. Even falsely accusing her of throwing water off her balcony and asking her to pay extra for her cats even though that is illegal ( her lease said cats were allowed and you can’t demand extra for pets. Complaints to the owner did nothing. In this time it’s hard to find a rental but know you will be harassed and make sure you know the tenancy act.

We moved in on December 31 and were so impressed by Rick and Joann they have went above and beyond for our needs. Never have we had a building managers like them. The building itself is wonderful. Being so soundproof we hear no noise and the common areas are always so very clean again due to Joann for sure. We are so comfortable and feel welcome and look forward to a long time home at King Andrew Tower.

I have lived in King Andrew Tower for 18 years. I am convinced I have the most beautiful view of the North West Arm and the early morning sunrises available in the city! I love my apartment- lots of space and beautiful new granite counter tops. I enjoy the camaraderie I share with so many tenants, facilitated by lots of social get-togethers. Best of all we have super supers!! Our building managers, Ricky and Johann, reply quickly to any request I have ever had with a smile -and careful attention to my problem.King Andrew Tower is tops!!

I have been living at Palace Royale for about a year. Jamie-Lynn is wonderful and one of the reasons I moved here she is positive, professional and very on top of everything. The maintenance staff is friendly and fixed any issues in a timely manor. I really enjoy the community environment, tenants are friendly and respectful. Building itself is clean and well maintained. Very happy to call this place my home.

My daughter has lived in this building for more then 2 years and she is so happy here. The building is so central, 2 minutes to Bayers Lake. On the upper floor you have such a beautiful view. I love how fresh and clean the building always smells and looks when I walk in. I have met the Super, Jamie Lynn, many times in the lobby, she always seems to be around cleaning and available for the tenants. My daughter has never had any big issues, but, even little minor ones they are always fast to act and resolve issues. I would and have recommended this building to others. It is nice to see a rental property owner/company that cares about and takes pride in their tenants and properties. Thank you Templeton and Palace Royale.

My mother has lived at the King Andrew Tower for over ten years, and she is really pleased with the current Supers, Ricky and Joanne. They are always friendly, and they make the building feel like a community. The gym facilities are always clean, as well as the rest of the building. I feel good with her living there.

I loved living at Palace Royals. One of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. We moved from across the country and the building manager went out of her way to be helpful and make our move as easy as possible. Safe and quiet building. Neighbors are all very nice and respectful. Never had any issues with the apartment.

I love palace Royale! My fiance and I moved all the way across the country and had to Skype the building manager Jamie-Lynn before we arrived. She provided all the info about the suite and building and put our mind at ease and helped us feel welcome and excited for our new home! Since we arrived 11 months ago our life has been great. The building is awesome. Never worry about anything. Good people live here, nice and quiet, very secure, close to everything. And our buying manager Jamie-Lynn holds social gatherings so new people can get to know each other. That has been great! She pays attention to each tenant and you can always count on her. What more can I say.. She's helpful, friendly, and builds rapport with everyone in the building. Just overall great manager and building!
