I had an issue with my lawn mower, and after consulting service desk staff, I also encountered issues with trying to connect to the mowers repair info. I again talked with the staff(Kesley, Scott,and Dee) who were all helpful and polite, and who in the end saw me on my way with a replacement mower. Home Depot has a great front desk team and their help was very much appreciated.

One store I thought I would not miss moving from Toronto. Why do you have to be so far from Yarmouth! Staff was friendly and more knowledgeable about the product they carry compared to Toronto in my opinion.

Just tried to place a delivery order for over $120 with free delivery over $30 but the app said something went wrong. Called the store and was told they only do free delivery if you live within 30 km. Why doesn't the website say that? Rotten customer service.
