This store is a real bummer, you would think buying Levi's directly from the source would be cheaper then anywhere else selling Levi's jeans. Well it's the complete opposite, you will pay an over the moon mark up here, really what are they thinking? Just get your Levi's clothes at marks work warehouse across the street or anywhere else really and save a fortune.

All the styles and all the sizes. Very helpful staff. But the store is small so go when it's not too busy.

The prices of the items here are totally unreasonable. Some of the staff are very friendly while another was having a loud disagreement with a customer at the cash loud enough for the entire store to hear. There were no items on sale. The quality of the items certainly do not match the prices. Not a single item in the entire store was on sale.

I wanted to return a pair of Jean's for an exchange. Sadly the employees were afraid to do the return else being reprimanded for upholding written store policy by the store manager. The manager wasnt on site and I was told to return another day. I had to spend an hour with chat support to log any sort of complaint as phone support wouldn't support my issue. Considering they sell jeans for $100 each you would assume they would have better trained management.

Extremely unwelcoming staff on November 25th, 2020. I had been eyeing a sweater for a gift, for my son, for weeks. Went in tonight to take a pic and was met with a RUDE male employee. After the experience, i chose to NOT buy the sweater. Business lost due to staff. Politeness goes a long way especially in retail 😉

Had a problem with a garment and the manager went out of her way to find the transaction from months ago and remedied the situation immediately and with a pleasant attitude. We will be going back again for sure.

Staff was very patient and made great suggestions. Ended up with a pair of pants I was iffy about, but was told they would fit better if I wore them around the house for a few hours. Here it is, a few hours later, and they fit perfectly. Super happy with my visit!

bought a pair of jeans for 147$, took them downstairs and realized they had a sales sticker. brought them back to the store and manager refused to honour the sale price, saying it was a mistake. all they offered was to refund me

I gave it a 5 star rating based on courtesy and knowledge of the staff. However if this franchise is going to work they must honor prices on Levi's online store Canada. Today was not the case.

Staff is very hit or miss. I came in and was looking at some jeans. I had a misunderstanding with one of the employees who practically laughed at me. Then, when I wanted to try some things on, the whole staff were standing in a circle talking by the changing rooms. Not a very welcoming feeling to have to approach a group of people like that just to try stuff on. I’ve had better experiences there before but this one made me leave feeling embarrassed.
